    Aspergillus

    I did a trial and each time I took this I had soft/loose stool. Not sure if this is normal. I understand this product is vegan and therefore is synthesized via microbial fermentation (aspergillus). Am I reacting to that particular mold species?

    BUYER BEWARE:If you are sensitive or allergic to mold, be advised that most digestive enzymes are derived from mold unless it is a porcine digestive enzyme. This product made me very sick.It took me a long time to figure out why my health was declining so quickly. I took these for a year and a half.

    On a SIBO type diet, it has been difficult to find a digestive enzyme that will actually help digestion enough with fiber and carbs. These enzymes work so far. If there are foods that might cause digestive problems, I just take more enzymes before eating. These enzymes work better than any of the other digestive enzymes I have tried. I consider the price reasonable. No side effects such as the experience with different brand that actually made me sick both times I tried it.
