    Calming solution without any noticeable side effectMy doctor had recommended this brand of 5-HTP to help me sleep. I also thought they might help my wife shut down the “brain fires” she also has at night thinking about work. We each take one 50mg about an hour before bed and they help us both relax enough to let our brains quiet down. A few days after we started my wife commented that she had noticed that, despite her hectic work schedule and constantly needing to respond to a crisis, she felt much more calm at work. She didn’t feel like she was on anything, she just recognized that stressful situations weren’t spoiling her up as much. Neither of us has missed a single nighttime capsule since we started.

    I like this product a lot. My review is to do my part to protect other dog owners as my dog got to a sealed, unopened bottle of this, ate the entire contents and passed away a several hours later. There must be something that smells good to them about this product. I am beyond heart-broken to have lost my dog in such a tragic way. I hope others will make a note to be extra careful to keep this product out of reach of an animal who could find a way to get to it.
