    I’ve been taking the vitamin B-6 since the summer of 2018 when I started chemo for stage 3 colon cancer. I loved that there is nothing added to the vitamin. I’ve continued to take them after chemo because I love the way it makes me feel mentally.

    This is an excellent vitamin that has been helping give me more energy. I tend to be low in B vitamins so I got this as extra support. I didn’t want B complex because that always has a weird taste to it, so I wanted to try these first. I had to do a lot of research because I’m allergic to corn and I’m very thankful this company doesn’t use corn byproducts in their capsules. It’s very easy to use and easy to swallow (nice size, not too big at all) and it’s a great value for the money. Personally for me, it is effective, and I will continue to purchase this brand.
