Great for vegetarians
As a vegetarian I was looking for a supplement that provided a normal amount of creatine, as much as the average person gets in a day. I didn’t want the megadose 5g that is usually sold. This was perfect.

You have to take 10 capsules to get the recommended 5mg dose!
The vegetarian capsule is a plus, but that’s what you are essentially paying for with this product. You are only getting 12 servings in a bottle, if your goal is 5mg a day. If you are loading creatine, and are striving for 20 mg daily (you have to take 40 pills), there are only 3 servings in a bottle of 120 capsules. : (
