These are pretty decent probiotics. They have just enough that I think my kid is getting what she needs out of it, but they arent overloaded.My daughter likes the taste. Well, I just preempt…she likes the taste “for a medicine.” She says this is by no means a delicious tasting chewable, but by multivitamin, probiotic standards, its not bad.

Tasty Broad Probiotic that My Pre-Teen Actually Likes
I got these kid’s probiotics for my 12 year old preteen to take after she started complaining of occasional constipation after someone mentioned that taking probiotics helped them to be more regular. She’s been on this for almost 3 weeks now and she has reported improved bowel movements with less stomach discomfort compared to before she started. It’s not a night or day difference but she has not changed her diet, sleeping pattern or exercise routine. She says that they taste OK and was fun to take. So they appear to be well made. So from a sample of 1 person, these chewables appear to be effective at intermittent gut issues. As for the cost, it’s OK for what it does. It sure is cheaper than paying to see a specialist and taking actual medication.
