Among the many “Keto” ACV gummies I’ve tried in the past year, this is one of the few that may be truly suitable for Keto diets, since it claims to have ZERO added sugar and only 1g of carbohydrate total per serving. I’ve seen others with up to 4 grams of carbs per serving, and on a low-carb diet, the last thing I want first thing in the morning is sugar and other carbs to trigger sugar cravings for the rest of the day.When I opened the jar, I could immediately detect the aroma of the pomegranate and/or beet root that this uses, but the gummies still tasted fine to me. Note that while this product does not contain regular sugar, it’s still slightly sweet, since it has maltitol as a sweetener. People who are sensitive to sugar alcohols should consider that.Another benefit of this product compared to others I’ve tried is that it’s one of the few that claims to contain “the mother”. Nutritionists say that’s the part of apple cider vinegar that contains most if not all of its benefits. “The mother” is basically the cloudy sediment you may see in liquid ACV, but I don’t know if there’s any standard way of determining how much of it that a particular product, like this one, may contain. You can do your own research on that and the benefits.At about $20 for a 43-day supply when I got this, I thought it was pretty reasonably priced for Keto ACV gummies with these benefits.

These gummies don’t smell or taste like apple cider vinegar at all! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that these gummies have more of a candy apple taste to them, which is awesome. They are so much easier to take than the liquid apple cider vinegar. I love the flavor and they are a sweet treat after any meal. They are also easy to pack and take on trips so that you don’t miss a day.The recommended dose is 2 gummies, which is 1,500 mg of apple cider vinegar. If you are used to taking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, the 2 gummies contain the same amount. These gummies also include Pomegranate, Beet Root, Folate, Vitamin B6 & B12. I love the extra nutritional bonus. I always notice a difference with my digestion system when I am taking apple cider vinegar regularly and am thrilled to find them in such a delicious, easy-to-eat gummy form. The price is pretty reasonable, though more expensive than buying a bottle of vinegar.My only hesitation with this product is that the pictures aren’t very professional and the seller didn’t provide much information on the Amazon product listing page. I literally take these things religiously and these are very decent brand. They seem to work very well and I really enjoy being able to maintain my appetite and control my intake when I’m on these. I have a very hard time suppressing my appetite because I’ve been a long distance runner for over 15 years and I work out a lot and I find myself slouching when I’m not taking these and I will start eating like a horse and find myself having to work twice as hard all the time to maintain and see gains. When I’m on days I seem to be able to control my appetite to a tea to be able to nourish my body appropriately without overeating. And also it’s very good on the digestive system. I ordered these apple cider vinegar gummies because my nutritionist mentioned that some women in her practice had experienced modest digestive improvements, and I was curious whether they might reduce the bloating that occasionally occurs when I am fitting into particularly restrictive couture gowns for charity galas. What I received instead was a bottle of gummies that the manufacturer apparently believes represents the pinnacle of American manufacturing excellence, which is laughable considering that most of my supplements are formulated in Switzerland or Japan by actual scientists rather than whatever facility produces these.The packaging repeatedly emphasizes that these gummies are “made in USA” and “100% premium quality,” which is a meaningless statement that tells me absolutely nothing about their actual efficacy. What does “100% premium quality” even mean? That they contain one hundred percent of something? That the gelatin is particularly premium? The marketing language is so vague that it suggests the manufacturer has nothing of substance to communicate about the product itself. If these gummies were actually formulated with any sophistication, they would not need to rely on patriotic language and undefined quality claims to justify their existence.I also found the suggestion on the label that customers should “buy two bottles for the cycle to last longer” to be insultingly stupid. This is basic arithmetic. If a sixty-count bottle lasts thirty days, then purchasing two bottles obviously extends your supply to sixty days. Did the manufacturer genuinely believe that customers would be incapable of performing this calculation without explicit instruction? The condescension is remarkable.As for the gummies themselves, they taste like vinegar mixed with sugar and disappointment, which I suppose is the inevitable result of attempting to make something acidic palatable to people with functioning taste buds. I have tried over 18 different brands of Keto ACV gummies. These rank near the top of the list because :1) They have a high ACV loading of 1500mg compared to 500-1000 mg for most others2) They have low sugar (0g sugar 1g carb) compared to 5-9g for others3) They taste good, retain a bit of tartness, and are not overly sweet like other ACV contenders4) They are GMP certified and bear a contact address, unlike some dubious suppliers that provide no way for you to verify the label claims.In fact, there is only one thing that might be a negative for some. This gummy uses maltitol as its primary sweetener, which is a sugar alcohol that some people report having tummy troubles with. If you are one of those people who cannot take Malitol, please be advised. But I do not have any digestive issues with Malitol, and if you don’t either, I think you will really enjoy these gummies!

You get 88 gummies in the jar, and the serving size is 2 gummies daily, so this is a 44 day supply. The gummies taste great! They contain Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother, which is what contains the necessary nutrients. See my photo for a full list of the ingredients. The gummies stick together a little bit in the jar, but it’s not to the point that it’s difficult to get them out. It’s a very easy-open jar. I recommend these if you are looking for Keto ACV gummies.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.These gummies have 1500 mg of apple cider vinegar per serving, but also contain 50% of folate needs, 29% of vitamin B6 and 50% of vitamin B12. The taste is a pleasant, mellow apple flavor, and they have a soft chew. They are a bit sticky to each other. It seems a bit odd that the container has 39 servings rather that some multiple of 30 or 31. They also have the advantage of being sugar free, but not low calorie, each serving still having 12 calories, about the same as other gummies.
