This NMN bottle came double sealed so I feel confident that there has been no tampering with the product since it left its GMP rated manufacturing facility in the USA. There’s a slight scent from the bottle but no scent from the individual capsules. The capsules are about 22.5mm long and 7.5mm in diameter. I like that there are no added preservatives or artificial ingredients. This looks to be a vegan product, if that is important to you. The expiration date is about a year and a half away from when I received it — not sure if it would have been longer if there were preservatives added. I read that a possible side effect if taken too late in the day is insomnia so I only take it in the mornings. I haven’t noticed any side effects but no need to tempt fate when it’s easy enough to add to my AM vitamins. It’s as easy to swallow as any other capsule.The text information in the amazon page seems to be inaccurate as it lists 60 capsules under the measurements and highlights section; however, there are 180 as shown in the stock image (which also makes the $/count calculation displayed on the page wrong). The serving size is 2 capsules but I’m starting out with just a single capsule (250 mg). Even at 2 capsules per day, it’s less than $0.30 per day, which compared to other NMN available appears to be good value for the price point. The bottle also claims 3rd party testing; but I haven’t contacted the manufacturer for proof. I believe the FDA initially banned NMN in 2022 but reversed that decision in 2025; which is why you can buy NMN again. I don’t see that this is available as a subscribe & save item (yet?), if/when it is added I think I’ll subscribe.

I was a bit skeptical about these supplements prior to using them because it was my first time trying them, and I try to be discerning with my supplements. Luckily for me, I am enjoying them. They are dairy free and gluten free, which is a plus, especially for those with potential food allergies. I got them for my cognitive health, which I can’t tell if I am noticing all that much of a difference in. But what I have noticed a difference in is my skin health. It has cleared up, the elasticity has improved, and my complexion looks more even and sort of smoothed out, if that makes sense. It’s glowing as well. I didn’t know I could be this thrilled with a supplement for my skin, but it seems I have found it. If it happens to help my cognitive health as well over time, I will be thrilled.

I’ve been using this NMN supplement for a few weeks & overall, have been happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to take, so that’s a big plus. I appreciate that each serving provides a substantial dose. While no supplement provides a quick fix, I do think I feel a bit more energized throughout the day. The large quality in the bottle offers a nice value, so it lasts quite a while. I do appreciate the third party testing & other steps they’ve taken to ensure the safety & quality of the product. All in all, it seems to be a good product that’s been easy to incorporate into my daily wellness routine.

I really liked taking this product and need to order more. While taking it I feel like I had better, more even and youthful energy. As soon as I ran out, I started feeling sluggish and old again. I don’t know the science behind what it does, but I’d say it is a good quality product and it’s absolutely effective. It’s a good value for the price. I recommend it!
