Kava Kava supplement
This supplement is good for relaxation and stress management. I work a high stress job, so taking this to help me calm down so I can sleep better. I do feel a lot more calmer now since i’ve been taking it for a good bit. I think it helps, but not everyone’s experience will be like mine. It doesn’t seem to have any negative effects.

My experience: these bother my stomach
Everyone is different, so this review is just my experience: these cause me digestive/intestinal distress. I didn’t notice a notable difference in my state of relaxation or sleep quality, but I did feel bad all morning the next days.
