Great idea but doesn’t explain risks.
It is not recommended to consume kava kava within 24 hours of drinking alcohol. No such disclaimer on sellers page.

I’m not sure if this stuff works
I ordered this to try to help reduce stress and help with sleep, but after a week of taking this supplement I have not really seen any results. My stress levels are about the same and i still have issues sleeping every night. I’m not sure if this is one of those supplements that work or some and not on others but we will see. I dont know if it’s because It required me to take it for a longer period of time before effects show, but I will keep taking the daily recommended dosage until I run out and hopefully I will be able to come back and update this review.

Smells bad tastes terrible
They smell horrid and every time I take them I ended up sick to my stomach. Doctor said he isn’t sure why cause I’m not allergic.

Decent kavaDecent kava
This product seems like a decent source of Kava. It includes a variety of other ingredients, like Ginko and Ashwagandha, and even Valerian root which can help with sleep. IT seems to be a interesting combination, potentially good for providing a calming effect for bed.I haven’t noticed a very strong effect so far. These ingredients affect people differently, so take that with a grain of salt. If anything I might’ve felt slightly more drowsy after taking these, but not the usual Kava effects that I was familiar with from drinking it.I’ll wait until I finish the bottles to update my final verdict.
