High vitamin mg so please read label before taking. Too much for me at first to take 2 a day. Gave me headaches. It did make my skin look better though. I now cut the gummy in half and take it every other day.

I bought these for my son and his girlfriend and she swears by them and the evidence speaks for its self when I used to wipe the bathroom floor and shower and drain also the bathroom counter throughout the day from all her hair, I really seen the real proof when the roller bar in the vacuum hardly had any hair wrapped around it anymore! She is of Indian culture and her hair is very dark and very thick so it was gobs at a time on the vacuum bar! Hands Down Recommend
First off — I never leave reviews so the fact that I am writing this should prove how much this product has amazed me.I have struggled with acne for YEARS. I have probably tried every product in existence and nothing has worked. I came across these gummies and decided to go for it because I had nothing to lose. And I can’t describe how thankful I am that I purchased these.Within a week, my acne is practically gone. Scarring had decreased as well. I am astonished and I can’t even believe that after all the money I have spent on spot treatments, masks, facials and more that these random amazon gummies would be the cure.I hope that my skin continues to stay clear and that this isn’t just all in my head. Wonderful taste, saw results almost immediately
Took two a day for a stubborn acne breakout and it immediately cleared my cystic acne. Still have red spots from it but I can easily cover it with concealer. Additionally, anytime I sweat I feel like my actually sweat is more watery, probably leading to less breakouts. I recommend this product over others because the daily serving of pantothenic acid is 250%. Others with 250 mg of pantothenic acid are considered 2,500% daily intake. So I recommend starting at the smallest dose available and seeing if that improves anything. Not to mention I didn’t notice any abdominal distress from these. When I tried another brand at 250 mg I was frequenting the bathroom for an entire day 😂

Sticks to teeth and acid causes zingers
The flavor is great, but the gummies can stick to your teeth and because of the acid, if you have sensitive teeth out can cause a real zinger. I’m not super consistent about taking this anymore after it happened several days in a row. I started chewing them with other vitamins to try not to get them to stick to my teeth with only slightly better results. It may have slightly helped my skin at first, but not really anymore. It may have just been coincidence. Been on these for about 4 months now.
