    REALLY thick!

    I suppose the liquid form needs to be thick to keep the ingredients in suspension, but this stuff is RIDICULOUS! I was using it for baking some bread. Having all of the ingredients blend well together is key. I had to REALLY press hard on the bottle to force some of the contents to come out. It has the consistency of tar. It is really sticky, and very thick. It makes molasses look like water. NO WAY it was going to mix well. Heated it up with some butter in the microwave for 15 seconds, nope. 30 seconds, no change. 1 minute, still like a gummy bear. After 2 minutes is started to break apart, but was still in clumps. That was as good as it gets, so into the dough it went.After the dough hooks had a go at the clumps, it seemed to blend, but not sure. The bread came out OK, but the process to blend it seemed like unnecessary overhead. Sticks to EVERYTHING and is a real pain to clean up. REALLY have to scrub it with soap and water to get it off of the measuring spoon and bowl.I suppose if you were making gummies and were to heat this up to a high temp, it would be fine. However, for baking, I’m going with a powder instead. Way less hassle to get it to blend with the other ingredients.

    GREAT for cooking… best brand I’ve ever used

    Great for cooking & for turning stainless or other healthy cookware into a virtual non-stick surface! I rub some cooking oil and a little bit of this around thoroughly & quickly in a slightly warmed pan or baking dish before I set it on the burner or in the stove.Very nutritious & needed for health (although I found out not to take too much lol. Wasn’t paying attention & as with anything, it made me feel bad when I overdid it.)Also superb for mixing on my hands with natural oils such as mango butter, shea butter, beef tallow, duck fat, unrefined organic coconut oil etc for moisturizing my hands in the winter time to keep them from drying & cracking! Helps leave them perfect (that never happened before) & helps the oils stay put to soak in my skin & work better. Going to try it on my dry feet next.

    Good product, but hard to get out of the container. I couldn’t squeeze it out without removing the cap. The you have to squeeze some out and cut it off because it is soo thick.
