Initially I wasn’t sure but after 1 week of use I tell tell what a difference it has made to my digestive system. I’ve been using this grass-fed colostrum powder for about three weeks now and wanted to share my experience. I mix half a teaspoon into a morning protein shake or a cup of warm milk. It blends easily with a small frother and does not leave a chalky aftertaste. The flavor is mild and slightly creamy, not sweet, so it works well in smoothies or coffee without changing the overall taste.I started taking it to help with recurring digestive discomfort, and after consistent use I have noticed less bloating and fewer upset stomach days. It feels like my digestion is more regular and comfortable. Not First-Six-Hours-Colostrum, But Still Packs Immune & Digestion Improvement Into Small Doses
So, full disclosure, this isn’t the same as the first-six-hour industry-best from New Zealand, but it’s also not a hundred dollars for a container. When you multiply out how much it would cost to get the same amount of this that you get in that hundred-dollar-container of the best in the world, this is less than half the cost. So, right off the bat, this is a great option for someone seeking the health benefits of colostrum without the higher price but also without being as potent.Taking this, I can tell that it works. When comparing to the aforementioned best-in-the-world, this isn’t as perfectly effective, where I can take it for a few weeks, then not take it for months, and see my health maintain during the off-periods. I only feel better when taking this, and then for a few days after stopping, so this is the most common quality, where it’s within two-days of the birth of the calf, but it’s not the top-of-the-line and so you have to keep taking it for the health-benefits to your intestinal-tract. Of course, the immune-system benefits are completely different, and taking this for even a month per year will make a positive impact in the immune function of the patient.As for this product’s specific qualities, it’s just like most in that it’s a fine powder and it mixes up really easily into anything you drink. I can mix this into warm tea (not hot, or you’ll lose some health benefits), and I can mix this into warm soup or water or yogurt, and it’s pleasing to ingest with no strange tastes or aftertastes. When taking it, I have no side-effects or odd feelings, and it digests easily for me. Usually, with colostrum, we find that a person who can drink milk will have zero problems, but a person who has issues with either casein or lactose needs the first-six-hours-guaranteed-colostrum (super expensive) and has to be careful even using that. For most, this is perfectly adequate and does a great job of increasing your bowel’s digestion-ease and increasing your own immune-system’s efficacy. It mixes well, tastes just fine, does the job, and costs a lot less than many options, so I’ll be getting this again in the future.

Might Be My New Go-To
I started using colostrum about a year ago and noticed immediate benefits, and in that time I’ve had to use 4 different products due to supply or trying different options within my budget.When this became available to test after I’d tried another of their products, I felt good about this as an option – and now around a week or so in I feel like it definitely is a good one.Price value is excellent, the package is easy to read and know the correct dosage as listed, I wish it had a scoop but not a deal breaker.When you open the packaging one of the first things you notice is a legitimate “dairy” or “cream” scent, so you can smell it’s a real product. I add it to a daily green smoothie that’s in a blender, and it mixes perfectly in that method. My previous product mentioned to blend, wait 3 minutes for the creaminess to take effect before a quick blend and consuming the product – I’ve continued that style with this product, and my smoothie seems just as creamy as before.A few of the main benefits I notice from colostrum is digestive improvement, heartburn reduction, and general wellness – and I feel like I’m getting that just as much from this as I did before.Another review mentions no info on the lgG, which I did ask the company about on the product page (20% btw.) and I agree that should be on the packaging for more information.I am definitely considering this being my colostrum product going forward.

Sourcing concerns
While finding digestive benefit from this product I am reluctant to give this a 5 star recommendation due to the sparse information about sourcing. When consuming health products I prefer to know up front where the product comes from. In this case the cows. How and where are they raised and what are they fed?These concerns aside, this colostrum appears to meet it’s claims of aiding digestion and immune system. Colostrum is nature’s way of boosting immunity to newborns, cows and humans (and others) included. It is the rich first breast milk produced in a mother’s milk and intended to give newborns a healthy jump start against the outside world, filled with extra nutrients and immune benefits. Kate’s Natural mixes nicely in a smoothie and does not alter the taste, making this an easy way to add this power punch for your body.I do like the product, I just wish I knew more about its sourcing before I give it a full 5 recommendation. It is also affordable at this price point comparable to other colostrum products.

I have had a lot of experience with different brands of colostrum. I believe this is a rather high standard and it ticks all the boxes. The price is right and have purchased this several times. I have not bought the more higher end brands of colostrum so I can’t compare to those, but I think you’ll be satisfied.

1st class company, terrible product.
Ordered 2 colostrum packages. Was excited to find this company had this product. Have used other productsof theirs, all were of the highest quality.When we opened the 1st package, the odor made you want to vomit. it smelled like the sourest milk ever. It almost had a clay consistency, not powdery. Well we thought the packaging was compromised although it seemed fine.We opened the second package, whew, almost fainted. The odor was overwhelming. Something was not right with this. We use colostrum powder all the time, none had this type of problem.Called the company, but have not heard back. Not blaming the company, stuff happens, but stay away from this product.
