I have used this for 3 months and it is absolutely doing wonders for my skin. I have sent tons on some of the “best” treatment options from dermatologists for mild acne hormonal breakouts that I could not get rid of on my face. None really worked perfectly and if they did work there where usually bad side effects like really dry flakey skin. I did some research on Zinc and cane across this product. I started taking it and at first had a little breakout and then all clear since and I mean clear! I have only had two very small pimples in 3 months of taking this – nothing like the large cyst pimples i used to have. Plus I have felt healthier and I do believe it has helped fight off colds.Great product!

Immune Boosting Zinc! Get it!
I was recommended this product from a friend who mentioned that Zinc boosts the immune system. Of course, there are also different types of Zinc. This type Orotate is said to be easier to absorb in our bodies than the type you can find in drugstores.I have been using this almost every other day for the past 1.5 months and I have been feeling great! The flu was going around at that time, and since starting to take these pills, I don’t think I have gotten sick once! No Flu, No Cold! Definitely 5 stars in my book!

Great Product! Really Works!
I haven’t gotten sick, when everyone in my house was sick. But before ordering a zinc supplement I did some research. There are more than one article about it but this is the easiest way to explain it.FYI: There are 7 forms of Zinc but they are not all absorbed by the body the same. I did some research and found this: Zinc Orotate (best)Zinc that has been chelated to orotic acid. The human body’s cellular membranes most readily absorb this type of zinc. Research from Dr. Hans Nieper has found that orotate forms of zinc were more neutrally charged, as compared to other types of zinc. This allowed them to pass through the membranes of cells easily, and thus offered the highest amounts of accompanying mineral atoms into the cells, leading to higher tissue concentrations of zinc. Zinc orotates contain many antioxidant properties that can help protect your health while offering your cells the most readily-absorbable form of zinc on the market today.

This is the only Zinc I take.
I did quite a bit of research before I settled on the best type of Zinc to take as a daily supplement. I found this one (not on Amazon, originally) and started taking it. Luckily, I found this brand, Kal, when I couldn’t get it in the store I’d first purchased it from… and I’ve been buying it here ever since. It’s the only brand and type of Zinc I’ll take. And as someone who has a compromised immune system, it has helped me avoid numerous illnesses, that I probably would have had otherwise. So, yes, I highly recommend this Zinc and take it everyday!

All zinc is not the same. Do your research and you will discover that zinc orotate is better for you than all the others. I’ve been using it for years and will continue to use it.

Missing in my Diet
The regular zinc supplement does not have this strain contained in it. So, I take this with my regular zinc supplement after the last meal of the day, but before bedtime and it improves the quality of sleep.

Good supplement for Zinc
I’ve been using these for a long time. Highly recommend, as they keep my immune system strong and less susceptible colds and what not. Small solid tablet, easy to swallow with water.
