    Excellent product that results in noticeable improvements

    My husband and I have been using this particular Zinc for a few years which we usually purchase through Sprouts. It definitely helps my immune system and my husband says he notices a definite difference in muscle mass and energy. Perhaps it increases testosterone. I have read it may help to contribute to increased testosterone levels. As a woman it doesn’t have that much of an effect on my muscle mass however I do notice an improvement in energy and therefore mood. Also it is chelated and has 3 different types of zinc which we like in the event that our bodies don’t absorb a particular type well we cover all bases with this.

    Take it along with 2000 mg of vitamin B3 and it seems to really help our immune system. I haven’t been sick in a long time.

    I take these KAL 3 strain zinc with KAL 3 strain magnesium for a few years now they seem to work good for me, covering a few bases.
