I didn’t see any results for the children but did noticed that I got relaxed when I tried it.
Children loved the flavor, however I haven’t noticed any change in their moods from taking this product. I don’t know if I am suppose to see instant results or it comes on after they have been taking this for awhile. I don’t see any reason to buy this again. As for adults, it did relax me and my wife.

Skeptic turned believer!
My son has ADHD and ODD so we are always in search of things that might help in some way. I was quite skeptical of these daily chewables but we thought we would try them once and see what happened. I am SO glad we did!! These actually help quite a bit! They calm my son down just enough that he is able to better handle himself. They work fairly quickly as well. They are not a miracle medicine by ANY means, but for an OTC supplement, they work WONDERS! My son loves the taste of them, they are grape, and they smell wonderful so there are never any battles with trying to get him to take these. I would say if you are trying to hold off on medicine for your ADHD child, or looking for an alternative to meds…this is the way to go. If you are looking for something to use in addition to medicine, which is what we needed, this is also the way to go. I would even recommend these for children without ADHD who are perhaps going to be in a new and stressful situation like starting school or starting a new class or something similar, I feel they would help quite a bit.

Huge improvement
My daughter was really struggling in school and at home this year. We were constantly getting notes from her teacher saying things like: Too busy talking to do her work, Wouldn’t follow proper classroom procedures, will not participate in class. Mornings were horrible. Trying to get her to focus on the task at hand, such as getting ready was next to impossible… Something as simple as grocery shopping was a nightmare because she was just all over the place!When told to calm down or focus she broke down and tears and told us that she tries but she really doesn’t know how. I am a pharmacy Tech and after going to work every morning it tears, one of my pharmacists suggested L-Theanine. He mentioned he had started using it in pharmacy school and had even done a paper on it. I was willing to try it but honestly didn’t have too high of expectations for it.He looked several places and decided that the Relax-A-Saurus was the best fit…We started with 1 every morning and by the end of the first week saw huge improvements! Evenings still seemed about hard for her so we added 1 in the evening. A bout a month in we had Parent teacher conferences and I was anxious to see what her teacher had to say. Right away on of the things she mentioned was that her attitude and classroom behavior and drastically improved with in the past month! She was participating more, getting her work done and wasn’t getting in trouble!If we weren’t already convinced that the Relax-a-Saurus was helping spring break proved it. I had ordered more and didn’t realize it wasn’t going to be delivered until the day we left for vacation… 😳 We went a week with out it and let me tell you, I immediately ordered 2 more bottles because I don’t want to make that mistake again.Relax-a-saurus has helped to make our home life smoother, it has helped to improved her school behavior and participation, and her grades have gone up. But most importantly she feels better in control of herself and situations. It has helped her in away she didn’t know how to help her self, but wanted to.We highly recommend this product.. it’s also a plus that she says they taste great! I would suggest trying this before any ADHD OR ADD medicine is prescribed. Talk to your child’s doctor or pharmacist about L-Theanine, do your reasesrch and find the studies that are out there. My moderate ADHD 5-year old loves these. I use them along with Genexa Homeopathic Calming Aid Tablets for Children. I started using these after my daughter’s teachers felt she needed to be on medication. There were issues, every day. I wanted to try something natural before going the route of medication. Her teacher and the school counselor warned me that “natural” doesn’t work. Well, I tried it anyway, with nothing to lose! I experimented with these in the afternoon, with the Genexa in the afternoon. After a week of mixed results in switched these to morning and Genexa in the afternoon. That combination produced results, both at school and at home. There is a major improvement. The notes coming home daily are positive, with only two negative in a 30 day period (vs everyday!) My picky daughter likes the taste of these and I have no problem getting her to chew them every morning. I highly recommend 🙂

Works as advertised!
We started our daughter (4) on these because she was exhibiting a lot of the markers for ADHD and OCD. Traditional medication for those is just not an option for us right now, but she was getting so amped up during the day that she was rarely sleeping at night or any time. Since starting these, we can really tell a difference in both her self control, and sleeping patterns. Not a cure all by any means, but definitely taking the edge off of her anxious behavior. And she loves them!

Helps with social anxiety.
I got this for my 10 year old daughter with anxiety.I can only review this from what she’s told me and what I’ve seen.My 10 year old has some of the worst social anxiety I’ve ever seen in my life. Always has. I don’t like the idea of anxiety meds because of obvious reasons, and she only recently started therapy (the insurance we had didn’t cover mental health until recently)So I bought these to try. She liked the taste, so that was good.Day one and two she said she felt a little sleepy from them.By day 3 she said she felt more awake. Not hyper, this kid is never hyper, she’s the quietest kid on planet earth, but from what she was telling me, it sounded like what she was saying was more focused. As a sufferer of anxiety myself, I can tell you that I understand that feeling. When I’m not feeling super anxious, I do focus a lot easier.I noticed her being sillier with her friends and classmates- which is good, she seemed to be loosening up.Another thing is that kid will forget to brush her teeth or forget socks if I don’t remind her (lol)…. but yet she hasn’t once forgotten to take one of these in the morning. I’ve never EVER had to remind her. She just takes one before school on her own every single day. That, I see as a testament to how they’re making her feel. That it’s a necessity to her, so she doesn’t forget. Even her new therapist said something about that.Needless to say, we love these. Please please please never stop making these.

Just didn’t work for us.
I really wanted to like these. They are super cute. The flavor and texture is good. My son wants to take them. They seem to make him emotional. I think they make him a bit tired. They just don’t work well for him. Anything that slows him down in that way just makes him a crabby mess. Maybe they would work well for someone else.

Made my kid super irritable
Based on reviews, it seems that there are a subset of kids who have a terrible reaction to these and my kid must be one of them. I have never seen him so angry and unmovable ever before, screaming in my face and totally stuck on an idea without the ability to pivot and move on. We’ve had a terrible day today, so I will be tossing these. Yes, this review is only based on one day trying these, but it’s not worth working through this.
