    Excellent Product

    It’s unusual to find an electrolyte powder with the full complement of important electrolytes–especially including magnesium and energy-critical B vitamins. I wouldn’t expect anything less from a supplement company like KAL. The flavor is really good. A little chalky–to be expected when minerals like magnesium are involved, of course. But the tropical fruity flavor is also pretty intense so you can dial it up or down toward personal taste preferences. Yes, it has Stevia. As someone who has used many brands of Stevia going back to before most people even knew it existed, I can tell you that most folks who can handle Stevia (not everyone can) FAR PREFER the KAL brand of Stevia as being the most neutral with the least off-putting flavors. KAL hit this one out of the park. I’ll be purchasing this one again.

    Great fruity blend that hydrates

    I am a big fan of electrolytes, as they quench my thirst and I feel that my body needs it during my busy day, especially when I’m on the go. I am not as young as I used to be but I’m still as active, so I find that when I regularly add electrolytes to my water, that I feel good and don’t notice muscle cramping like I used to. I have various sizes of water bottles so this container makes it easy to add the desired amount of flavor to my bottle, depending on the day. The blend of pineapple and raspberry makes a nice tropical fruit punch flavor. I also am glad that it is sweetened with stevia, and not an artificial sweetener. I am quite pleased with this product.

    Very, very helpful for me

    Most of the time when I take supplements, I don’t notice any difference. It doesn’t mean it’s not working, but most of the time it’s just a subtle effect that you wouldn’t know without a blood test. This magnesium on the other hand has an immediate, noticeable, and extremely helpful, almost lifesaving effect for me, for my body.I have to try to be very vague here or because amazon does not like me to talk about health benefits.When I eat sugar, I start feeling queasy and sensitive to lights and sounds and pain in my head. It can last for hours or days and really sucks.I’ve discovered that magnesium suits me very well when I feel bad. I’ve also discovered that electrolytes are helpful as well. Therefore, this supplement is very good for me. And it works great.I love this magnesium electrolyte powder and will always have it on hand for when I need it.

    Decent source of electrolytes with a bold flavor.

    There are products with higher electrolyte level out there, but that isn’t always better or worse. The most important thing is that this product comes well labeled, and if the provided labeling meets your needs; I think you can buy this confident in its ability to deliver.The flavor of this drink is going to be love-it or hate-it. If you like Smarties (those chalky little rolls of sweet and sour candy), you’re going to love this. It’s quite tart, and very bold. The first sip I had, I thought I would hate this. It grew on my pretty quickly though.One thing I really dislike about this product is that they didn’t include a scoop of some sort. Not a deal breaker for many, but a big annoyance for me. I don’t often keep these electrolyte drinks near the kitchen. Having to keep a spoon on hand is bothersome, and the inclusion of a scoop would make this infinitely more convenient.

    My brother in law is a certified fitness instructor (he teaches) and I asked him about this product. First thing out of the gate he said most people don’t get enough magnesium and it makes a big difference for helping to deliver nutrients to your muscles.Adding the things in this product which deliver electrolytes to your system, this makes this product to be a fairly economical way to get that much needed “pick me up” to take after a workout or some other situation which where your muscles may be stressed.It’s not like other “sports drinks” that have an almost syrupy flavor to them. This is light and a little tart, a mature sports drink, you could say.Not a bad deal! I can see you get 50 servings out of this jar (you only use 1 teaspoon per glass!). If you were to compare this with the popular bottled electrolyte drink, you’re paying less than half the price for pretty much the same benefit.If you want the benefit of an electrolyte boost at a lower price per serving, I can recommend you can try this. They even offer a 60 day guarantee!

I’ve probably been buying their magnesium for 10 years. Unfortunately they got rid of their most popular magnesium tablets which is a big bummer.In any event, I wanted to try this electrolyte supplement.With keto, many people need to supplement quite a bit.This has a nice mix of electrolytes. With 50 servings in the container. It’s a pretty good deal as well. Plus the brand name is reputable.

    The best part is you’re in control of the flavor. The mix recommendations are pretty loose leaving the opportunity to mix-to-taste. KAL Hydro Magnesium Plus Electrolytes Powder – Tropical Fruit Punch can be as fruity or as tart as you want it. I find an average teaspoon does fine for me but I am able to almost double that while still be able to enjoy the mix.Now that you know flavor is more or less adjustable it does seem the base fruity flavor is always the same. Adjusting the mix seems to modify the tartness the most, making the flavor-to-tartness ratio an important benchmark for your personal mix preference.I am still working on my own method of measurement and mix perfection but I am enjoying KAL Hydro Magnesium Plus Electrolytes Powder – Tropical Fruit Punch the whole way through. I think this is a favorable product, I would buy it again and I would recommend it to others.
