I had no idea I could get natto in a dietary supplement!
I decided to give these nattokinase tablets a try, because I know that natto is a very healthy food, but I could never stand the smell or texture of the stuff to eat much of it. I’ve only used half a bottle of these tablets so far, and I’m not sure how long you need to take this supplement before seeing results. My blood pressure has been on the slightly higher side of normal for as long as I can remember, but I haven’t seen a difference so far. I can say that it does give me an energy boost, because I began taking the tablets before bedtime, and I spent 3-4 restless nights before coming to the realization that it might be the nattokinase that was keeping me awake. Sure enough, I started taking it in the morning instead, and my sleep returned to normal.

After hearing about the purported benefits of natto I really tried to eat it, but it’s a nope. I’m probably not preparing it well, but I finally gave up and decided to try a supplement.I’ve used supplements from this company in the past and they were OK, so I gave this one a try.I really haven’t found this supplement makes any difference. I have my own testing equipment and it’s made no change in base metrics.It doesn’t cause any stomach upset, so that’s good. The size of the tablets makes them easy to swallow.The source is called natto, by the way. I just reread the description on this listing and the company spells it natta more than once. That’s not an accepted alternate spelling.If a company is selling something people are going to put in their bodies, it’s disconcerting that they can’t get the basic name right.In any case, I’m not going to continue taking this. It shows no efficacy. I’ve noticed no benefits. The ingredients appear OK. But it’s expensive given this is only a one month supply. For the cost, I’d need to see a benefit.

I have used Kal products for a long time and been satisfied. They have been around since 1932.I like the flip-top lid but i am at a stage in life where I don’t need child-safe lids. I don’t like that the bottle comes about 1/4 full. There are only 30 tablets in this bottle with a recommended dose of 1 per day so it is a 30-day supply. The tablets have no off odor or taste. They are quite easy for me to swallow. The price is quite reasonable for a quakity supplement these days.I usually take serrapeptase and these work similarly so can’t tell a difference.
