I received 4 bottles and you take 1/day
Turmeric/curcumin is great for your body. I try to take it daily. The strength of these drops my pill count by one. The only probably I have is that this appears to be an old batch. It expires on 11/2024. That’s in 5 months. I doubt that turmeric really goes bad, but I would expect to receive a fresh batch, not one that is 3 years old.Also be aware that: “Imported turmeric supplements have been recalled for containing lead, a byproduct of the dyeing process some manufacturers use to enhance turmeric’s golden color.” You want to be sure to get a brand that is third part tested or at the very least follows GMP.Besides the graphics on the bottle and their website claiming third party testing I cannot find any details. I have reached out to Labsmen for more information and will update my review if I receive a response about their third party testing.Update: I never received any response my inquiry.

While the testing is a huge plus, more detailed information on the sourcing and purity of the raw ingredients themselves would eliminate any lingering doubt about its ultimate quality and efficacy.

My Doctor recommended Turmeric for joint pain, and these have been working really well for me. I like that it’s just once per day, rather than the ones I’ve used in the past that require two per day, and I can tell a difference when I don’t take them. They are easy to swallow, and I think they are a fair value for the money. 5 stars from me!

So, 250 mg of this concentrate packs the punch of 250 mg × 10 = 2,500 mg of regular, unprocessed turmeric root. This concentrate adds roughly 75 mg curcuminoids to the product.The turmeric root extract is standardized to 95% curcuminoids and is the purified powerhouse. The “Standardized to 95% curcuminoids” means that 95% of the 150mg of extract is pure curcuminoids. This extract adds roughly 142 mg curcuminoids to the product.This is a calculated duo. The concentrate delivers the “whole food” turmerones for brain perks and fibers for gut harmony. The extract adds additional curcumin but targets inflammation. The combination provides broader effects than either version alone and a total curcuminoid count of 217 mg.The final ingredient is black pepper or BioPerine which enables the curcumin to be absorbed by the body.
