Expensive Way To Purchase Glucosamine / Chondroitin / MSM
The Daily Defense glucosamine product was ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen for knee health.First, this product has all of the glucosamine / chondroitin / MSM supplement requirements for joint & knee health when compared to other similar products. In addition, thankfully, the size of the capsules do not produce the dredded “gag effect” that is prevalent in the much larger capsules and pills. Those are the positives of this product for me.However, the cost per capsule and number of capsules that have to be consumed per day is expensive. The daily servings is 5 capsules and there are only 180 capsules per bottle. The products I have used in the past are either 2 or 3 capsule per day, have as much or more of the various supplements per capsule, and cost less per container with as many or more pills in the bottle.BOTTOM LINE: The quality of the product is very good, but the price and number of pills does not make it an expedient product for me to order again.

I’ve found these to be useful for me. I usually take 1 or 2 and it’s made a big difference. I like that I can more or less, as some days when I’m a lot more active, I’ve found that taking an extra one mid-day helps if I need it. They are small and easy to take. I haven’t noticed anything negative and it’s been working well for me.

This product has a 5 capsule serving size. That’s way too many for one product. It’s not like most adults dont have others vitamins and supplements to take daily. Let alone prescriptions. I will not be ordering this item again solely because of the serving recommendation. It’s complete over kill and too much of a hassle. Hard pass on this one.

I received this supplement promptly and in good condition and well sealed. I am taking the recommended daily dose of 5 capsules per day. I find the capsules to be relatively easy to swallow although it is 5 capsules per day, I take these with a meal and a glass of water. I do not detect a taste nor a smell. I have no digestive upset sine starting this supplement. I am pleased this far with this joint supplement and will definitely continue with the remainder of the capsules until I finish them. I will decide at that time if I will repurchase.

Clear labeling and believable dosage
I appreciate this brand for labeling each ingredient clearly, rather than as a “proprietary blend”, so that we can know exactly how much of each ingredient is included. I also like the clear warnings about shellfish being included, for any potential consumers with shellfish allergies.The dosage seems believable given that one serving is 5 large-ish capsules. I take them spread across the day and do not experience any digestive upset or aftertaste.

Great combination of ingredients!
This product has a great combination of glucosamine and MSM ingredients. I bought it for the glucosamine sulfate in particular, as many combinations don’t include it, but all of the ingredients are solid. The capsules have no odor and are easy to swallow. The dosage is 5 per day which is a little high to me, but there are 180 in the bottle, so this is a little over a month’s supply. These are distributed and formulated in the US per the bottle. It does have an allergy warning for shellfish so just FYI.

I’m reviewing Daily Defense Glucosamine with Chondroitin & MSM, 180 Capsules, 36 Day Supply, Made in The USA.This supplement comes in the form of capsules filled with a creamy white fine powder. There’s little scent and no discernible taste.They’re easy to take; however a serving size is 5 capsules making this a 36 day supply. I find these capsules to be on the large side to need to take 5 per day (reflected in star rating).They come in a white plastic bottle. The lid was shrink wrapped and the tamper-proof seal was intact. The best by date is December 2025. The lid is not childproof. I appreciate that the bottle is full to the top so there’s not excess plastic that needs to go to recycling or the landfill.See photos for supplement facts and ingredients.As a side note, this Daily Defense Glucosamine with Chondroitin & MSM is made in the USA. The bottle says it’s formulated in the USA, and the company website states that all Daily Defense products are manufactured in the USA.

I’ve been taking a glucosamine chondroitin MSM supplement for years, I think it helps with joint mobility as you age. This supplement has 1500mg glucosamine, 1200mg of a chondroitin “complex” that includes bovine gelatin and hydroxyapatite which I never heard of but is a form of calcium, and 2000mg MSM which is higher than most glucosamine supplements. The thing I don’t like about this supplement is that you have to take 5 capsules to get that dose. That’s a lot of pills to take especially if you take other supplements. There are 180 capsules in the bottle, just a 36 day supply.
