First off I love Jocko’s products and I am so excited that they are available on Amazon with prime shipping!!! My husband has tried quit a few of his supplements with excellent results and this is no exception! My husband works out quit a bit and is a contractor. He puts a lot of demands on his body. I am a 61 year old woman who is through menopause and I injured. my elbow lifting weights. It triggered severe joint pain and I was eating ibuprofen to get through the day. I started on these out of desperation at the dose recommended even though I am only 135 pounds. My joint pain was cut in half within three days. This have been an absolute game changer for me! I was struggling for almost an entire year with pain in my elbow area.
