As a person who could probably eat better, but mountain bikes alot, along with other sports, I thought I would make a pretty good candidate for this product….at least to see if it made a difference. Been taking Jocko Greens religiously daily for the past month. I would say after the first few days, I began noticing a difference. My late day rundown wasn’t as intense as it used to, in addition, I noticed my ride recovery improved. In addition, I think my facial skin apperance is a bit better. Now, I am not 100% sure if it directly related to Jocko Greens intake, but it was noticed only after my daily intake of this stuff and no other dietary changes. As for taste, it’s ok, bit sweet but not the best tasting stuff on earth. I find it goes down a bit easier with really cold water, so I prepare a glass of water the night before and stick it in the fridge. I gave it a full honest 1 month test and I like it. I am going to try the other green stuff (it is a bit more expensive and they certainly market it much more) to see how that goes. With that said, I give this a double thumbs up and won’t hestiate to come back, especially if the other and more expensive green stuff yields no noticeable difference.

Better than expected
You have to be honest with yourself that these are greens, not crystal light. It won’t dissolve completely in water. So it is a little ‘chalky’. The mouth feel and taste aren’t bad though. At first you get the greens flavor which is quickly surpassed by a pleasant sweet flavor from the monk fruit. I don’t really pick up on the pineapple flavor, but the aftertaste is a very obvious and nice coconut flavor. It’s only about 8 ounces so the easiest way to drink it is to chug it quickly. My expectation was that it’d taste like greens with a hint of sweet, but it’s really a nice sweet flavor with a hint of greens. Jocko is a respected navy seal and as the wife of a veteran, I like to invest in companies that have a vested interest in the countries success, not just the success of their business. I’m glad I decided to try this. It’s now in my subscriptions and I’m trying the peach flavor next.

I love AG1!!! I can literally feel a difference with my body when I have it (I don’t get random cravings, or at least my bad food cravings are greatly reduced.). AG1 is insanely expensive! So I tried this as a substitute, as its ingredient and nutrition list was most similar to AG1 of those that I could compare.The flavor of this stuff is too sweet for my preference, but ok. I hope the ingredients are quality. I don’t have a good way to confidently evaluate what was actually used. I think my cravings are less with this than without, but I’m not sure of that.My husband tells me that Jocko is some fitness influencer, or something like that (I don’t remember exactly, nor do I care). Maybe his name makes you confident of this stuff…..Am I still consuming it? Yes- As I do think that my cravings are less, so I believe it is helping meet the nutritional needs that tend to spike my cravings (I crave unhealthy foods when I am low on sleep and certain nutrition.). Will I purchase it again? Probably not.

Water temperature changes the flavor profile use the coldest water you can get
I didn’t mind the flavor as long as it was ice cold water. I would not suggest mixing this with room temperature water, and definitely not with warm water. The colder the better I used the milk frother to mix this and that made life a lot easier. I didn’t notice any stomach problems. I would buy it again.

Great greens!
Great tasting greens. I started taking these and really enjoy them. It helps me to feel like I’m getting fruits and veggies in the morning in a quick drink on the go. I don’t have all the time in the world in the morning getting me and my kids ready to go so I drink it while driving to work and can’t complain. It mixes well and seems like it helps my body.
