I’ve had hay fever since I was a little kid, every year in late spring/early summer. Usually a month straight of sneezing. Ever since taking these I don’t get hay fever anymore.Also, in Jan. 2017 I got acute bronchitis which started out as the flu. I’ve had the flu before so I know what it feels like. It’s awful, but you don’t die from it. This was something else entirely. I was on the verge of it turning into pneuomonia and was near death. The NP prescribed me levaquin, said I was so sick if she gave me a regular antibiotic I would end up in the hospital. I got better, but knew I could never let that happen to me again.I started taking this stuff right after. I haven’t been sick with either the cold or flu since and I never get a flu shot. At the time of writing it’s July 2021. Just one thing, take MK7 K2 with it otherwise it’ll calcify your arteries.

Very small and easy to swallow
It’s very small and easy to get down it’s not tall like my vitamin e that I sometimes feel. I’m D deficient. It’s been a week of taking this brand and there’s a slight better difference in my energy something’s slightly different. My Walmart brand I couldn’t feel anything neither with a brand on Amazon . I’ll buy this one again. . I have a couple of other things going on I’m fixing next. Blood tests confirm, good product at good price!
I live in a cloudy northern climate so need to supplement most of the year. Blood tests show it’s working and the correct dose: result was 75, ideal is 50-100, so hit the sweet spot. If you live in the sunny south but wear sunblock, the lower dose is probably enough. Best to check via blood test to make sure you’re not over- or under-doing it!

Excellent Product and an Amazing Price
Low vitamin D runs in my family and has been an issue for me. Because it’s an issue when it shows up low on my annual physical I take supplements to bring it back up and get rechecked every 6 months until it is back where it should be. I went through a few supplement brands before ordering this one. The others did not work well in getting my levels back up. This one was great. Easy to swallow small capsules. I usually take 10 a week. No stomach issues and my levels increased back up to where they should be quickly.
