Jarrow makes decent probiotics.
We had been using another very expensive probiotic recently “seed” and after finishing our last bottle of it I just decided that I’d be going back to Jarrow 55 bill cfu gut rescue. I really don’t think “Seed” can justify the costs they charge because they throw in pre biotics and have everything under the sun in the ingredients. This does me fine it has 10 scientifically verified strains and plenty of it. The capsules are coated so I wash them down knowing my stomach acid won’t ruin them. The cost of seed probiotics was just too much. I believe these Jarrow probiotics are super effective as well and they’ll save you some coin and you will still get your probiotics in and the benefits.

Fave probiotic.
My gut’s been kind of a mess (take hearburn meds that mess with the microbiome), and these along with fiber really patch my lower GI up. Unfortunately they’re pricey, and like most probiotics the benefits don’t really stick around when I stop.I don’t notice any improvements to mood, heartburn, etc. but they don’t give me gas and do make me more regular, with normal instead of loose stools. Fiber alone helps, but this takes things further.
