    Excellent for lactose intolerance

    These help me digest my food so much better, especially small amounts of dairy! When I run out if I forget to buy more, I immediately have trouble digesting junk and dairy. These help so much! I’ve been taking them for years!

    I have done so much research on specific supplements to use for fibromyalgia. I saw this on a medical website and decided to give it a try since the strings in this probiotic we’re somewhat different than the regular commercial products. After about two weeks when used in combination with a Prebiotic enzyme all the symptoms I had in my stomach disappeared. At about 3 weeks I noticed some of the Fibromyalgia symptoms such as stiffness and soreness started to subside. A lot of my brain fog also went away. I ran out and switch to a different probiotic thinking since I felt better it would be okay to do so. It didn’t even compare! A week later got right back on these probiotics and everything is back to normal. Highly recommend
