    Biotin hair and nail vitamins

    I loved this product after taking this for a month a month and a half my hair and nails strengthened so much I wish I had a picture to send with this but they went so fast that I didn’t get a chance to I actually ended up addicted to them and started buying them from Walmart and still take them to this day for those of you haven’t tried this product I would definitely give it a try I’ve had the hardest time trying to get my nails to grow they’ve always been so brittle and break very easily but since I’ve been taking this they have strengthened out a lot don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle cure but I’ve had way less stupid and way more gross since I’ve been taking these and it doesn’t have to be this specific brand just anything with Biotin in it definitely worth the money

    Have been purchasing this brand for many years. Lately am finding broken, half empty capsules and wondering if it’s time to switch to a different brand. It’s effective but the more I find empty capsules, am inclined to not order from Jarrow in the future.
