    Jump Start your diet without stimulants!

    Recently found out I was prediabetic and was told to try and lose 10 pounds before my next appointment to see if I could reverse the diagnosis and stave off medications. My biggest problem is my huge appetite so I wanted a product to help curb my appetite to help jumpstart my weight loss as I also increase my walking and eat less processed food. The most important reason for choosing this product is because it did not contain any hidden stimulants, I need not want to feel jittery or have insomnia. I read through reviews of numerous products and chose this one. During the first 3 or 4 days, I did not notice a difference even though I took 1 capsule before breakfast and 2 before lunch. However, by the end of the first week, I was not as hungry and was able to eliminate most of my mindless snacks and finally felt satisfied with meals, almost was hard to finish my usual portions of lunch and dinner. I now take 1 capsule before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 1 or 2 before dinner. I’ve lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks which is not impressive but I am very pleased because it’s the direction I need to go. I went ahead and ordered my next bottle and I am now motivated to work harder at fitness and to prepare meals ahead of time for work. This was exactly what I was looking for, without any side effects for me and I hope I can continue to make it to my goal. I am pleased so far.

    THESE PILLS ARE THE REAL DEAL

    I received this product two days ago. While I know that is not a long time, but I have tried so many different pills that I have hated in just a couple days. I took 1 pill prior to my 90 minute workout that I do every Saturday and it gave me so much energy. I could have continued working out if I didn’t have other things to do. After my 90 min workout, I was not starving and had to force myself to have a protein shake. Today, I got up early and blew through my cardio workout! I had to force myself to eat lunch and I haven’t wanted to snack at all. So far, what I like is that I have clean energy with no jitters and I don’t feel that need to eat all day. I will either update this review or write another review after I’ve been on these pills for a couple of weeks. So far, I LOVE them! 2/7/2019 UPDATE…I love these pills more than I thought I would. They curb my appetite, give me great energy, they keep me even more regular, help me focus and push me through all my workouts. I do intermittent fasting, and sometime I forget to eat at 1 pm bc I am not hungry. I generally just eat one to two small meals a day and I’m not snacking. I don’t get on scales, so I’m not sure how much weight I have lost. What I can tell you is that all of my size 6 pants that we’re getting snug are super loose now, my stomach is much flatter and I have even more core definition. These pills are the real deal!

    Works, but gave stomach upset

    This product does work. It gave me energy and suppressed appetite. But, it gave me severe gas and made me have extremely loose stools. Even so much I went to the ER because I thought I had caught a stomach bug or something. I started taking the pills last Saturday and stopped yesterday. The gas I experienced from these pills was the worst ever, hopefully it was get better.Update 3/20/192 days ago started getting regular again, and today on 3/20 got my poop back! I’m just taking Garnicia Cambogia with green tea!

    Works good. Really good

    I’m on a diet of only veggies and meats 1200 calories a day and losing over a pound a day with this, lost 30 pounds don’t even workout. Last night got drunker than I sailor and still lost weight when I hopped on the scale this morning. It works amazing with reducing hunger. After being on this for a month I tried acv gummies with hunger gummies to see what happens and they where useless compared to this, slowed down weight loss and was so hungry my mouth flooded with saliva when someone would even mention food. You gotta diet with this there’s no way around it to lose weight in reality. Some have said this doesn’t work but you gotta be serious about the diet. Avoid any form of sugar even natural, eat red meats and veggies and stay at a healthy calorie intake and your body will have no other option but to target your fat for energy since there’s no sugar. No one really recommends under 1200 but with this I’ve been just fine. Great mood, plenty of energy and proud of myself for the results. This stuff is awesome! I’m glad this has helped me on my journey to better myself and become who I wanna be. If you’re on the fence about losing weight just do it man. It really has made my life better and is worth the work. Wait why is my review so long omg

    Maybe it’s just me

    I was super stoked to get going with this stuff. I bought a bottle a year or so ago that I started then got sidetracked and never finished, so I went ahead and just bought a second bottle. Has a ton of super positive reviews all over the internet.I’ve been taking it now for about three weeks and I’m gonna have to shut it down. Within a couple days of starting to take it, I got, and have continued to have, pretty constant diarrhea. My diet was cleaned up weeks beforehand, so I can rule that out as a factor. The only other change was adding JF Defend-XT. Either way, one of the two JF products has caused some digestive issues that didn’t exist beforehand.On a positive note, and the only reason I didn’t give it a 1-star, I have dropped a solid 3-4lbs. I have no doubt this stuff works, as it’s rated one of the best non-stim fat burning supps on the market, but it’s just not seeming to agree with me.

    It is still to early to see the weight loss results but this product zeroed my cravings in just a couple days, so much so that I am starting to get concerned I am not getting enough calories 🙂 I work 8+ hours/day and feel more energetic than ever. Will update with weight loss results.

    Sent to ER with heart attack symptoms (29 year old, in shape male, with experience on supplements)

    I am not at sensitive to stimulants and nearly always experiment with new supplements without any issues. This particular one is an absolute no-go, and to be honest, wouldn’t have even cared until they decided to not offer refund or exchange.But since they will not, I have some feedback:I purchased this product about one week ago, took the PM Lean (one capsule) at 8 PM at night. Felt the kick and a slight race in pulse, which is unusual for a PM product.. especially for someone has very high stimulant tolerance. Whatever, went to bed with indigestion and slightly higher than usual rest heart rate. No noteable improvements in rest or energy.I took one capsule of the daytime Lean (non-stim) at 5 AM – within 1 hour, I felt an extreme spike in anxiety and erratic heart rate. Had to bail on my workout as I was pulling into the gym as I was dizzy and nauseous, no changes besides these supplements. Within three hours I had extreme chest pains, increasingly erratic heart rate, dizziness, shortness of breathe, and nauseousness. Naturally, I thought I was having a heart attack (29 year old, in shape male with no health conditions) so had my wife take me to the hospital. The doctor reviewed the label and suggested I cease supplementation with these products immediately and that they were likely the direct cause for these symptoms.So now I’m out $100 on these two supplements, $250 on co-pay, a PTO day, and a day of my life I could have used to do literally anything besides feel like I was dying and sitting in an ER. I have regularly used these brands products, such as the preworkout and muscle building product, for several months. Since they will not exchange the product for ones that I used that didn’t have adverse side effects nor give me a full nor partial refund; I will be moving my recurring revenue to another brand with better customer support.

    Don’t Buy

    This is my honest review. I’ve been doing keto from quite a few months and my weight stalled. I was looking to loose 5lbs more and I read the reviews of this product and decided to try this to help me some shed some more weight. It was a nightmare!Within few hours of consuming this drug I felt too hot and got very restless. Also I got constipated as a side effect of this drug. I decided to continue to take this drug for a week to confirm. I also felt that my hunger sky rocketed. Just want to mention that I’ve been doing keto and intermittent fasting from past 6-8 months and feel amazing when I follow this diet pattern.As a result of this drug I was craving food all the time and was not able to follow my fasting pattern. I was too sweaty most of the time ( hot flashes) and my sleep got affected in a terrible way. My weight increased because of my overeating after taking this pill. Within a week this drug got created havoc for me. I stopped this after a week.UPDATE: After stopping this drug my symptoms withdraw in 2 days. No more constipation, sleep pattern got normal & following keto with intermittent fasting. No hunger pains.After my review the seller reached out to me and they offered me a full refund. Thank you for being considerate. I appreciate seller’s willingness to help me out as this drug was not helpful for me.

    I honestly can’t tell if this is doing anything. I weight train and do cardio daily but I don’t feel any noticeable effects after taking it and haven’t seen any noticeable changes thus far.It doesn’t make me feel jittery or nauseous but I don’t know if it makes me feel anything positive either…

    I take both Lean XT and Burn XT

    I eat before I workout. The first time I got this, I only took one of the Lean XT before meal and after meal I took one of the Burn XT. I only took one of each because I have read that people way larger than me had palpitations after taking 2 of each. I’m a female 5’1ft 154lbs. It gave me so much energy to the point that I was doing heavy cardio for 3 STRAIGHT hours! I’m not a coffee drinker because it makes me palpitate but this has green tea and that’s caffeine still. I had felt a little raise in my heartbeat after the first time of taking them but not to the point I had palpitations. It didn’t happened again the second time and the following times I took them.I think after 2 weeks of taking this everyday, I have built an immunity or I don’t know… I might just got too sore because of my workout routine. I workout everyday. I started taking two of each, so far it’s still doing it’s job but I feel less energized.I have read that some people experienced emitting fishy smells from their body after using them, it never happened to me. It’s almost impossible to know if you smell bad by smelling yourself, so you would have to ask someone else to check that for you. I have a Mom who’s brutally honest and I always ask her if I smell bad, she said no. Idk but I just take showers after resting from a workout and basically I just take care of my hygiene. Never had foul B.O before and after taking these.I always had a hard time sweating even when the weather is scorching hot. Taking these helped me sweat. I drink 2.5 liters of water everyday, sometimes more. You’ll need to drink a lot to avoid dehydration which also prolly the reason why some of the reviews I read said they had bad headaches after taking these.Okay the big question you probably want to know… Did I lose weight? Sorry to disappoint you but I really couldn’t tell. I have been working out everyday for an hour and I have a strict diet, I would love to think I lost some weight. I didn’t weigh myself before I started working out. I didn’t keep any data. I had friends told me I look slimmer than I used to be and I had some who told me they couldn’t tell any difference. My clothes didn’t seem to be loose so I really couldn’t tell 😅 Well, I didn’t really workout to have a sexy figure… I workout because I want to be healthier. So… Yes, I feel healthier.
