am comfortable with has been a huge challenge
After having knee surgery two months ago, I struggled emotionally with not being able to work out (or go to work for a few weeks). I started taking this three weeks ago. Since then I have truly lost a little over 2 pounds with no changes to my diet and no real exercise. (I eat fairly healthy though and had worked hard to limit/eliminate snacking prior to having surgery).As far as weight loss: Yes,I’ve lost a little over 2 pounds with no changes to anything. This is a HUGE bonus for me, given that I just started my insanity max 30 workouts three days ago (but had to stop because of knee pain and swelling… so I’ll take a few days off). As a 40 year old mom of 4, getting back down to a weight/size that I, personally, am comfortable with has been a huge challenge. This has helped me, mentally make better eating choices because who would want to lose a few pounds only to get them back again?As far as sleep, once I fall asleep, I stay asleep. I’m not falling asleep easily within an hour of taking this product, but it’s not the product’s fault, it’s mine. I struggle with turning off my brain by the time I get myself into bed and often average 4-5 hours of sleep/night. That being said since taking this product, I am typically able to get a good 5, sometimes 6 hours of sleep but changes still need to be made (on my end). Even with 4-6 hours of sleep, I have no difficulty waking and getting moving. There is no “fog” that often happens with other sleep aids.I plan to continue to take this product for another month. It appears the customer service department is pretty awesome and they really do seem to care about how their products are working for customers. I’m considering adding in a daytime supplement as well, but right now my focus is changing my sleep habits.

Sleep schedule is off
I don’t know if this is a positive review or not. All I can do is be brutally honest. I have been taking these pills for about 3 days so far at night before bed. NOW…. I feel as if my sleep schedule is off. I can say that I fall asleep quite fast but I wake up in the wee hours (writing this review at 2:44am) and then fall back asleep. And then wake up around 5:30am when hubby is getting ready for work and then I am UP for the day. I got these along with the fat burner pills which are supposed to increase your energy and suppress your appetite. Those work well also but around noon/midday, I feel myself crashing and I JUST HAVE TO TAKE A NAP.But in all, they are doing their job, I’m just so tired

This IS a great support product to an overall program
After some research, reading ingredients & reviews on several products I got the Jacked Factory XT Day & PM Night duo. I really needed a kick a33 product to jumpstart my getting back into the gym & my clothes.For several reasons I was out of the gym for a year. My weight increased where nothing in my closet fit. This was HUGE for me given I was never a breakfast girl for 50+ years.Breakfast made a difference.Anyway…I believe I can do it with my wanting TO do it. I believe if I do the work to meet this XT/PM duo, instead of expecting the duo to do all the work, then along with all the other changes I’m making, it will support me to reach my goals. DANGEROUS SIDE EFFECT REACTION, BE CAREFUL!! CAN CAUSE PROJECTILE VOMITING AND DIARRHOEA FROM STOMACH ACID!!I really enjoyed taking BurnXT and saw some changes in my body fat and was feeling better while taking them. Deciding to go a step further I quit the BurnXT to try the LeanPM, especially since I usually use melatonin tablets already…. fat burn AND help sleeping? Too good to be true. Worst MISTAKE of my LIFE!!Let me start by saying I walk at least 10k a day and have been trying to avoid fatty and heavy carb foods for a couple months now. Snacking is to a minimal so there’s very little artificial sugars or salt in my diet. Because I have depression and anxiety I have to be a little more careful of what goes in my body so pausing the BurnXT to try LeanPM without there being a possibility of chemicals reacting poorly with my medication I decided to try LeanPM on it’s own. Now on to the pills… and the WORST health night of my life.So my first night trying the pills I had dinner at 6:30pm and went to bed between 9pm and 10pm. (I’d like to note that all meals I ate that day were the exact same as the rest of my family, not one thing different, to rule out food poisoning). This should have given my body time to digest all food before bed. However an hour after taking my first pill (only one as recommended) I woke out of a sound sleep sweaty and nauseous. I barely had time to climb over my partner and run for a robe and the bathroom next door before projectile vomiting so much stomach acid that I thought my throat and esophagus would end up with a hole. Twenty mins later I’m still on the bathroom floor dry heaving and mortified to realise I’ve lost my bladder from vomiting so hard.Wow, what a nightmare. It couldn’t get worse, right? Wrong.After cleaning myself up and feeling like I’m dying I manage to drag myself back to bed and feel like I’m burning up and restless and crampy. I open the window to give myself fresh air from the 32° temp outside and freeze the entire bedroom before I can even settle down to try to sleep it off. Only to wake 30 mins later to vomit again. And soon after yet again. My 3rd trip to the bathroom and so much stomach acid later I decide no more water. I’ll fast until morning. No water means no stomach acid, right? Nope!By 1am I wake up with a terrible sensation in my intestines and barely manage to reach the toilet before stomach acid is evacuating a whole new place and I’m horrified by everything about it. By now my partner is really worried and has brought me wet wash cloths to clean myself off as I never even made it to the toilet before stomach acid induced diarrhoea had hit. Five minutes after the first wave of that I’m struck with both vomiting and diarrhoea, all of it stomach acid. And through it all my partner is holding a bowl for me while I sob in pain between gasps for air because everything is burning.Between 11pm to 5am I was up multiple times to use the toilet before the symptoms let up to a point I could exhaustedly pass out. After managing 3 hours of sleep after the symptoms calmed I’m feeling sore and raw and starving! Except I can’t eat, can’t drink and my body still feels like I’m burning alive and freezing at the same time!My partner even gave me a hug and was shocked by how hot my body feels. I’m debating going to the hospital to get checked out to see what I can do to get this horrible medication from my system. And figure out how to get water and food in me without it coming back up.All I can say now is BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PILLS! DO NOT TAKE THEM if you have any plans the next day. Because there’s a chance you won’t be going anywhere but to the toilet a couple days, and you can forget sleeping!Horrible product!!! I regret purchasing it so much!!! Won’t be taking again. I want a refund!!

Let me sleep but caused bad headaches 🙁
Where to start. I put on a lot of weight during COVID quarantine. I wanted some “help” while picking the activity back up and dropping the excessive snacking back down. Also: I’m prone to migraines, have trouble sleeping, and am sensitive to caffeine. This seemed like a good option since there’s no caffeine. Let me tell you, one capsule allows me to sleep through the night. Two capsules allows me to sleep through the night…and a good chunk of the morning. A few days after I started taking this, I was hit with a bad headache. It persisted for a day and eventually turned into a full fledge migraine that cost me a day and a half of work. It lasted four days, all of which I took this supplement prior to bedtime. On the fourth night I went back to my basics, meaning I stopped taking this. I was much better the next morning, even with only four hours of sleep, and finished the workweek. Last night (Friday), I took two two ensure a full night of sleep. I woke up with a pretty gnarly headache this morning, which has persisted all day. I might stop for the next six days and try next weekend just to verify it is indeed this product causing it, but the timing so far has been a little too coincidental. If anything changes, I will update, but for now I want potential migraine sufferers to beware.

reliable and good product
This is my 2nd order and its a very good product. Helps me in my sleep as I would have one or two days insomnia per week and as I also need to shed my weight, this product works perfect for me. In the beginning, when I first took the product, my sleep got worst and I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights in a row. Then I stop for a few days for my body to get adjusted to it and slowly continue with the product. It works ! I sleep very well and combine with my exercises and discipline diet , my weight went down.This product is different from many in the market. **Realistic Review**
Do NOT expect to lose 14lbs in 8 days…not naturally that is. Whoever said that needs to take that down. Anyway….What I personally love about this, is this pill really knocks me out and have me waking up feeling like I had more than enough sleep. No crashing later on the next day either, which is great. I think everyone is different because by the 30 minute mark I’m already asleep.It helps with the cravings and I think it secretly works throughout the day too because I find myself less hungry at my desk job. So thumbs up to that too! Btw, I work out at home 3 times a week for 1.5 hours, eat light, and drink 32oz lot of water over the course of 3 hours everyday. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this alone as it’s a dietary supplement. I believe this is designed to only help you sleep better and feel less hungry. More emphasis on the “sleeping better” part. I haven’t hopped in the scale yet because it’s only been a week since I starting taking them. I’ll post an update once I notice results. Right now, I don’t see a difference yet. Hope this helps.
