Patches are great, they feel good on the skin and they are not itchy. I actually forgot that I was wearing it and took a shower and it did not peel off at all. I have noticed my skin being a little bit brighter after using it for a couple of weeks.

Very affordable and effective as terzepitide
I would says its very comparable to the results of terzepitide that cost me $200 month without having needles. This is more convenient and effective and a whole lot cheaper. You can place the patch anywhere but I put it under my wrist.

I love the idea of NMN delivery via patches better than taking pills. NMN is better than NAD+ supplements as the body can create NAD+ better from NVM than NAD+. The packaging thew me off and I thought it was NAD rather than NMM, but upon closer inspection, it does say NMN.I’ve been taking NVM supplements and really feel a difference in energy and alertness. I can’t say with 100% certainty that these patches are delivering the same benefit. The bottom of the package delaminated and the patches slid out without me having to open the pouch. I’m worried that I may have lost some effectiveness as a result. I really hope these are still effective. It’s been about a week of use. I can’t tell if I still feel the same as with my pills or not. Sometimes I think so and sometimes not. The open package might be playing with my mind. At $10 for a month supply, the value is definitely there. Slap a patch on my butt cheek every morning and take it off at bedtime. I just hope that this delivery method is sound. I’ll update this after a full 30 days.

I’m not sure how effective these NAD+ patches are for me. There are 30 patches will last one month as you only need to apply one per day for up to ten hours. NAD+ patches help support energy and cellular health. I have been wearing the patches for almost a month and haven’t noticed any significant changes. It’s an easy way to try and boost my energy as all I have to do is apply the patch and remember to take it off. As it’s so simple, I thought I would give them a shot. I do like that they have a water resistant adhesive and are sticky but not too sticky that the pull the skin when removed. I usually wear the patch on my upper arm so a shirt sleeve would cover it. I do like the idea of using a patch instead of taking a supplement, one of the main selling features. I have sensitive skin and didn’t notice any irritation while wearing it once removed.
