I’ve heard ads on the radio for this product category for decades so when I saw one of these on Vine I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m probably in the normal range but that declines with age (note the hearing ads for decades statement above).So what did I learn?1. Energy -> Modest improvements but lower focus at the recommended dosage. This makes the product a loser as directed. For programmers focus is everything.2. Side effects -> I did find insomnia the day before a work day, not helpful at all.3. Trial and error shows a more positive, balanced effect at less than the recommended dosage. Your mileage will likely vary.4. Although these are marketed as “enhancement” products that’s not my concern at my stage of life. That said, I did a test and found moderate benefits that could benefit someone on the boarder between healthy and needing medication. Always check with a qualified healthcare professional in case some attributes of this product may cause some other health issue to become more pronounced.5. The bottle appears to be darker glass which is a marker (but not proof) of higher quality products.I will note that this is sort of a kitchen sink approach. If you are interested in this product category this might be a good start but you may find a subset of ingredients to be a better match for you.Overall I would recommend this product.

I think turning 35 hit my son’s Dad harder mentally than it did physically because ever since then, I’ve heard plenty about how his testosterone must be low and how he’s apparently starting to fall apart. I personally think there’s a little more self confidence crisis happening than actual testosterone depletion, but hey, I’m no doctor. I ordered these partly to ease the complaining and partly because if he truly could use some additional nutritional support, I figured there was no harm in seeing how he felt after taking them consistently.So far, the most noticeable difference has been his energy and motivation. There seems to be more get up and go that wasn’t there before, and he’s certainly acting a lot less like 36 is the beginning of the end. I can’t tell someone whether a supplement has actually changed a hormone level without bloodwork, and I wouldn’t pretend that I can. Maybe some of what he’s experiencing is placebo, maybe the supplement really is making that much of a difference for him, or maybe it’s a combination of both. Either way, he’s noticed enough of a difference that he’s willing to continue taking it.The formula is pretty extensive rather than relying on a single trendy ingredient. It includes LJ100 Longjack, also known as Tongkat Ali, along with zinc, ginseng, pumpkin seed oil, nettle, plant sterols and several other ingredients. The serving size is three liquid softgels, and the bottle contains 120, so there is enough here to actually give the supplement some time before deciding whether it’s worthwhile.The softgel format is also a plus. These Really Work!
I got these for my husband who is in his mid 60’s and I noticed that after he had taken these every day for a few days, his libido really started to increase. He has always been quite affectionate and we have always had an active, passionate love life, but things had started to slow down a little in that department over the past few years as we got older. We had gone from three times a day to three times a week. Now, he is back to his old, frisky self and we are making love every day as if we were in our 20’s again.I have also noticed that he seems to be much happier, he is sleeping better and he has a lot more energy than he did before he started taking these. I don’t know if these supplements have actually boosted his testosterone levels that much or whether he is just experiencing a placebo effect. I’ve have been taking dietary supplements from this brand before because it’s sold at major retailers. So, I have more confidence in its product quality. I decided to give this a try since testosterone level and age have a reciprocal relationship. I think the ingredients are well-sourced. I find the soft-gels are easy to swallow, even though they’re a little bigger than I had expected. I also didn’t find them to have any funny aftertaste, unlike some gummies. Per instructions, it’s to be taken 3 per day. I would have preferred higher dosage per soft-gel to reduce the number of soft-gels needed. After a couple of weeks, I haven’t felt any significant improvement overall yet. However, I do feel my level of energy has increased somewhat. I could walk longer distances than before. Other than that, my focus level has remained the same as before. Perhaps, its effectiveness has not been fully realized in this short amount of time. I think what’s important most for me is that I haven’t experienced any side effects from this.
