You can compromise and take three soft-gels a day but it’s still not perfect. That plus the question mark on value makes this a 4/5 for me.Also note that it some ashwagandha, which is something some people are thoughtful about taking. Make sure you do your research.

In terms of prostate defense and men’s wellness, it compliments a multi-vitamin regimen for aging men but is not lifechanging. Overall, 4/5 stars for a mid-range supplement blend.
