I’ve tried apple cider vinegar before, and let’s just say… drinking vinegar isn’t exactly my idea of a good time. That’s what makes these gummies appealing. You get the benefits of adding apple cider vinegar to your routine without having to choke down a shot of the stuff.Each two-gummy serving provides 1,000 mg of organic apple cider vinegar with the “Mother,” along with 200 mcg of chromium. The chromium is included because it plays a role in normal carbohydrate and fat metabolism.The gummies have a nice apple flavor and are considerably easier to take than liquid ACV. I also like that Irwin Naturals uses no artificial sweeteners or colors, and the formula is vegan friendly.One thing I definitely want to point out for anyone watching carbohydrates or blood glucose: two gummies contain 6g of total carbohydrates, including 2g of sugar and 2g of sugar alcohol. That’s not an enormous amount, but it isn’t something I’d ignore if you’re carefully counting carbs. Irwin also specifically warns that the product contains an ingredient that may affect blood sugar and recommends checking with your doctor if you’re taking medication or have a medical condition.As for the “metabolism” part, I wouldn’t expect these to magically make the pounds disappear. This is my first time ordering from this company. I ordered these because I was looking for an apple cider vinegar supplement and gummies seemed to be an easy way to take them.I appreciate that these came with a tamper evident seal, and an expiry date about a year out – so I know they are fresh.These are about the size of a nickel, and the gummy is nice and soft – not hard or tough at all, and it doesn’t stick to my teeth. The taste is also rather pleasant for an apple cider vinegar supplement. I do notice an apple flavor, but I don’t think they are bitter or bite-y at all.I also appreciate that these don’t bother my stomach at all, or cause any other noticeable side effects. I don’t think I’ve noticed any effect on my appetite, but I do feel they have been effective in helping to diminish bloating a bit.Overall, I feel these are easy to take, taste good and are a good value for the money.

Not My Favorite Flavor, but Easy to Add to My Routine
I am on a weightless journey so I got these but I haven’t taken these long enough to make any claims about long-term results, so my review is based on my experience so far. I have noticed that I seem to have a little more energy since adding them to my vitamin routine, although I can’t say with certainty that the gummies are solely responsible for that. As far as taste goes, I’m not a huge fan. They aren’t terrible, but they’re definitely not gummies I’m taking because they taste like candy. I am cautiously optimistic about these ACV + Metabolism supplement from Irwin’s. I love Irwin’s supplements because they often actually have noticeable results and don’t just disappear in to the vitamin void, ha.I cannot really speak to whether these have made any difference for me or not. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and at least *feel* like I’m doing something good for myself. The ingredients list is what I would have looked for in an apple cider vinegar supplement. Somehow this supplement still has the mother in it which is what makes ACV so helpful to health.The ingredients in this supplement are clean and fairly minimal. There are few (if any) unnecessary additives or fillers and no synthetic chemicals.These gummies are firmer and less chewy than a gummy bear and the flavor is light, a little tart, and leaves my mouth feeling slightly cooled. These are certainly not like eating a candy and don’t make me want to eat more than my allotted two in the morning. These gummies do dissolve pretty well while chewing and don’t stick in my teeth. I do not burp them after chewing them. The bottle has a tamper seal and is clearly labeled with ingredients, lot number, and expiration date.

The Irwin Naturals Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies are a pleasant-tasting way to incorporate apple cider vinegar (ACV) into your daily routine.The gummies aren’t sticky and are easy to chew. Considering they’re made with ACV, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I can’t say whether they actually provide the metabolism support advertised, but if you’re already taking ACV regularly, these could be a nice alternative to swallowing capsules or dealing with the harsh taste of liquid ACV.The biggest downside for me is the price—$15 for a 20-day supply. That’s enough to make me think twice about repurchasing. There are much less expensive ways to incorporate ACV into your routine, although they probably won’t be nearly as tasty or convenient.Overall, these are a good option if taste and convenience are more important to you than getting the lowest cost per serving.

Surprisingly Pleasant
I like vinegar-based salad dressings and vinegar on my fries, but I do not care for taking vinegar by itself. These intrigued me. They definitely have an apple flavor to them, but I don’t personally attribute it to vinegar. It’s a well-balanced chewy, flavorful, gummy with less sugar than other brands. I want to note that it does use isomalt, which is an artificial sweetener, but I do not get the fake sugar taste in my mouth. I am very sensitive to stevia, sucralose, aspartame, and the like, but had I not read the label I don’t think I’d have ever guessed it had one in it.It’s far too soon to tell if this actually helps my metabolism at all, but I will say that within the first day I found myself getting hungrier quicker. When I stopped taking them for a couple of days that feeling also stopped. I tried them again and same thing. I had no issues otherwise and will revise my review if anything changes. So far, 5/5 stars.

A few years ago the buzz was created around apple cider vinegar. People at work started using it and claiming benefits, so it’s no surprise that a supplement version was soon to follow. If you like apples, you’ll probably like this. It does taste like apples, and at the end it leaves a taste of sweet apples in your mouth. It’s easy to chew and quite delicious. I had no issues with this supplement, but I’ve taken ACV before and didn’t have issues with that either. It’s supposed to help you feel more full and improve your digestion a little. A little warning…these are about 13 calories per gummy so they do add 25 per serving. Most gummies are like this, so not unexpected.

I gave up on drinking the vinegar long ago.This is a very nice alternative to the liquid ACV as the Gummies have a very mild apple cider taste while providing 1000 mg of the organic apple cider vinegar with the mother to support healthy digestion, gut balance, and everyday wellness.Also included is bioavailable chromium that plays a natural role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fat. They contain no artificial sweeteners and 50% less sugar than leading comparable Gummies.I really like the taste, and the Gummies are soft and easy to chew, not sticky. The container contains 40 Gummies, which is actually 20 servings.I’ve experienced no stomach issues while using the Gummies, but cannot speak to the long-term benefits.
