    Great Daily Liver Support

    I’ve really been enjoying these Irwin Naturals Milk Thistle Liver Detox gummies. They taste great, are easy to take, and make adding liver support to my daily routine simple, effective and convenient.I love that they’re vegan and include milk thistle for gentle daily detox and liver health support. A nice wellness supplement to keep on hand, especially when I want a little extra support for overall health and balance!

    Too Short of a Period To Tell

    With all the rave about Milk Thistle lately, I decided to give this a try. A quick glimpse of the ingredients list seems minimal and clean, in a sense that it doesn’t have too many unknown chemicals. The gummies are not as chewy as typical gummy bears like you would’ve expected. They fall apart quite easily upon chewing. The taste is not too sweet to me, and the flavor has minimal pineapple flavor in my opinion. They’re also quite sticky to my teeth. I’ve been taking them as directed and haven’t noticed any side effects either with or without food. This bottle only has enough for 15 days, so its effectiveness is hard to evaluate. I haven’t noticed any significant difference in my energy level, but that’s also due to the fact that I’ve only been taking them for two weeks. Perhaps, the results might be different for longer duration. Overall, I think this is a well-sourced product which I have high confidence and would buy again.

    These Irwin Naturals gummies have quickly become part of my morning routine. The pineapple citrus flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet — the “half the sugar” promise holds up without sacrificing taste. The gummy texture is soft and easy to chew, making it a much more enjoyable format than capsules.The formula is impressively clean — vegan, dairy-free, no tree nuts, no artificial colors or sweeteners, and third-party tested for purity. I appreciate that it’s doctor developed and includes Siliphos and turmeric for enhanced absorption. I’ve noticed a general sense of digestive ease and overall vitality since adding these to my daily routine.My only gripe is the 30-count jar goes fast at one serving daily — a larger bottle would be more convenient for ongoing use. Otherwise, a effective wellness gummy worth keeping in rotation.

    A bit on the expensive side

    The Irwin Naturals Milk Thistle Liver Detox Gummies came fully sealed in container. The gummies were soft and the flavor (pineapple citrus) is quite good. Almost too much like fruit snacks. I didn’t experience any discomfort from taking the suggested serving size at any time. In terms of effectiveness, it’s difficult to assess the effect on the liver. Milk thistle is said to be good for the liver, but in this quantity and at this price point (a 15 day supply), there are more practical options. That said, there’s nothing wrong with this product, especially if you prefer the gummy delivery.

    Got my energy back !

    I really like these Irwin milk thistle V2 liver detox gummies. I had to do a lot of research on this type of stuff and this is what i found: The Siliphos Silybin Phospholipid is a new type of milk thistle that allows nearly all of it to be absorbed by the body, which is a major, major improvement over just regular milk thistle. I love the fact that Irwin imports this Siliphos product from Italy as the company that makes it is the leading expert in this field, so you are getting the top product bar none. I also like the small easy to chew gummies, and the pineapple citrus flavored taste makes them so easy to consume. After taking the entire bottle I’ve noticed that i wake up earlier and I’m feeling a combination of having more energy and just all around feeling better. At the same time i tried to start doing about 10-15 minutes of exercise every day and i have noticed a decent improvement in my overall health, so i plan to start using these liver detox gummies for 2-3 months followed by a short rest period. I even thought about switching between their Irwin original version and these V2 so that i can get the dandelion in the originals, but won’t get the Siliphos benefit from those. All said, I have total confidence that these Irwin V2 liver detox gummies are making a difference in my life and I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. 2 pounds of weight loss so far, the ingredients are top notch and they appear to be working very well. For me this is a 5 star product.

    If you are reading this review, you doubtless have already done your research and concluded you can safely take milk thistle. So let’s get past that.I have used Irwin Naturals products for years and have been pretty happy with the results. Irwin makes supplements that actually perform and don’t just disappear into the void after taking. I cannot tell you yet if my liver is happier but I feel better mentally just knowing I’m taking something to help cleanse the … ah… “modern lifestyle and environmental stressors” as they so delicately put in the product listing.The ingredients in this milk thistle supplement are clean and fairly minimal. What I mean is that there are few (if any) unnecessary additives or fillers and nothing chemical. There *is* a Prop 65 warning on the label but my understanding is it is required because of the trace amounts of lead that can be absorbed by plants from water and soil. It is not because Irwin is adding something harmful. This also tells me all herbal supplements should have this warning on their label.These gummies are fairly large and are firmer and less chewy than a gummy bear and the flavor is light, a little sweet, and maaaaaybe a hint of pineapple. They are definitely not super pineapples tasting. It is a little challenging to get the gummies fully chewed before swallowing (per the instructions) because they break up in to little pieces, stick in my teeth, and pop out and down the hatch before I realize I should be further chewing them. I do not burp them after chewing them. The bottle has a tamper seal and is clearly labeled with ingredients, lot number, and expiration date.I cannot yet tell you if I feel any difference after taking these for a couple of weeks. I AM very interested to see how I feel after taking these for a couple of months.

    Definitely not for diabetics, this stuff is like candy!

    I am usually a big fan of Irwin Naturals but this is a HUGE let down for me.2 grams of sugar and 2 grams of sugar alcohol. This stuff sent my blood glucose sky high! I could eat 2 Reeses cups and not go as high as I did on this! Horrible!!! All for what? The taste? They don’t taste THAT great!!! I am not impressed at all with the decision to make these gummies. Pill format would be much better health wise.As for the gummies themselves? They are super ugly and big. Grossiest gummies EVER! I had to gag them down because the consistency was disgusting!!!If you can get by all of that? Which I tried to do for 5 days so I could give an honest review…..not much to say. These may help your liver somewhat but nothing noticable in the 5 days I took these. No side effects. Just….nothing.I cannot recommend this particular product from this company. It was a total miss for me.
