Toxic chemical
The product essentially is great, works great. Gives energy. But then on my 2nd bottle I decided to put on my readers and read the other active ingredients and I’m so disappointed😡to have been raving about a product that uses Titanium Dioxide for color!!!?!!?? Really!! This ingredient is a carcinogen and doesn’t belong in a health item. Stop putting 💩 in our supplements. It’s bad enough we need to deal with this in our foods.

The energy boost I need
They don’t smell or taste that great and I think one of the capsules must have come open cause many of the pills were wet. But really, do many supplements actually smell or taste that great? They smell like beef jerky. I definitely noticed an increase in my energy. I go to the gym a few times a week, and run and bike a few times a week and I really think that these helped maintain the energy I needed to stay that active as a 45 year old. I’ve even tried other vitamin B supplements and haven’t felt as much energy boost as I do with these.

I find the Irwin Naturals Mega B -Complex easier to swallow because they are softgels. Also, as softgels, I believe they are more absorbable. In addition, the dark glass bottle keeps them fresh.
