Easy enough to take; too early to make big claims
The capsules are a little large, but tolerable, and I haven’t had any trouble taking them. The bottle arrived properly sealed, the labeling is clear, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable side effects while using it as directed.As for the advertised benefits, I’m cautious about judging a supplement like this based purely on how I “feel.” I’m about a week in and I’ve not noticed anything dramatic, but I don’t have bloodwork showing whether it has actually affected testosterone levels.So far, I can say that it’s well tolerated and may have some minor possible effects so far. I’d consider actual effectiveness something that requires more time—or objective testing—to evaluate.

Good Idea, but without a few months on this and blood work cant tell.
I think this is one of those supplements that is difficult to review after using just one bottle. Some of the ingredients in the formula, including fenugreek, tongkat ali, ashwagandha, and vitamin D3, have been studied, so there is at least some research behind individual ingredients. That said, the research on individual ingredients doesn’t automatically tell you what this particular combination will do for you.Without having blood work done before starting it, there’s really no way for me to know whether it actually changed my testosterone levels. Even if I noticed differences in energy, stamina, mood, or anything else, there would be too many variables to say for sure that the supplement was responsible.I also think several months of consistent use would give a much better indication than taking a single bottle and trying to judge the results. For something like this, I’d want baseline labs, continued use, and follow-up blood work before making any claims about whether it actually works.The capsules are easy enough to take, and I haven’t had any major issues with them so far. I’m just not comfortable giving a strong effectiveness rating based on such a short trial.Overall, the ingredient list is interesting and there is some research worth looking into, but I think this is a product that requires more time and objective measurements to properly evaluate. One bottle simply isn’t enough for me to say whether it made a meaningful difference.

Easy Addition to a Daily Routine Simple Capsule Formula With Familiar Ingredients
I like that this supplement puts several commonly used ingredients into one formula instead of having a bunch of separate bottles sitting around. The ingredient list includes fenugreek, tongkat ali, ashwagandha, DIM and vitamin D3, and the 90-capsule bottle is a convenient size for keeping with other daily supplements. The bottle design is simple too and doesn’t take up much room.The capsules are straightforward and seem reasonably easy to swallow with water. There’s no mixing powders or dealing with a strong flavor, which I definately prefer. I also didn’t notice much of an aftertaste from the capsules themselves. Stomach tolerance is something that can vary a lot from person to person with supplements, so I think taking them exactly as directed on the label is important.As far as effectiveness goes, supplements like this aren’t something where I’d expect an instant or guaranteed change. Ingredients can affect different people differently, and I wouldn’t judge it based on one or two doses. I also wouldn’t use a supplement as a replacement for medical care or assume it will actually raise testosterone without testing. For value for money, I like having several ingredients combined in one bottle rather than buying each individually. Overall, the capsules are convenient and easy to add to a routine. Just check the full ingredient list and directions first, especially if you take medications or other supplements.

Familiar Ingredients, Realistic Expectations
This has been fine for me, but it’s another supplement that’s hard to give a definitive verdict on. There are quite a few familiar ingredients in here, including vitamin D, ashwagandha, and fenugreek. The ashwagandha hasn’t been an issue for me personally, but I also can’t take these and confidently say my testosterone went up. Nothing has stood out enough for me to make that kind of claim. I like having the ingredients together in one formula, but I’m keeping my expectations realistic rather than expecting some dramatic change just because the bottle says testosterone booster.

Testosterone testing 1..2…3
This is Some good stuff so far. I’ve not taken a lot of Testosterone supplements but I figured Id give Iron Brothers Testosterone Boster a shot. My first impression is wow. I can say that after the first week of taking these I have a noticable difference in my energy levels. I usually take these with breakfast although I could take them before a workout but I’m looking for more Energy throughout the day. I also feel like as I get older my testosterone levels fluctuate more then they did when I was in my 20s or my prime. So I need multiple things that this supplement has to offer (I am also deligent with my reviews and if something changes or I notice a difference with time I’ll be back to edit this review) Overall these seem to be great pills for my Energy at least and like anything its not a 1 and done supplement. If you want to measure change and rate the big overall difference you need to stick with the routine. After my first impression I am sure that I’ll continue using them once this bottle runs out.If you are looking for some changes in your supplemental diet and overall testosterone health/ Energy levels give these a shot. You won’t be disappointed.I think I’ll actually look into more products Iron Brothers offers I know I’ve seen the name and have heard good things about their products so it makes sense (thinking out loud). Ok now I guess I’m really building it up but if you’ve ever taken something you wanted to work right when it comes to your health and it wasn’t as described, you are quick to tell about it. Well here I guess I’m more excited that I’m seeing good results and what was advertised seems to be matching up so I’m extra excited to share.Anyway these Work, Stay Healthy Friends!

Who doesn’t need more energy?
A friend of mine suggested these and Ive been taking them for 3 days and I’m not sure I feel any different or even should, but he says they really work. I have felt more energy today and it could be from these or not, but they have quality ingredients and I know several people besides my friend that swear by them and take them daily. I can tell you the capsules are easy to take and don’t have any nasty taste or smell and if the extra energy I feel today is from them, I’ll keep taking them daily until I’m dead.Overall, good quality supplement with quality ingredients and a good price for a 30-day supply. Since I’m not 100% if they are working or how well they will work I will update my review in a few weeks.

I’m not a Dr but I feel a difference. The packaging is clear and concise. I like the fact that it’s quality sealed on the outside and inside. It uses soft shell capsules and ingredients that are known to work for most people. I like the extra energy I feel. I’m a 45-year-old man, so I can take any boost I can get. I feel like the product works and the label is actually true to what is in the capsule. Now, I’m not a scientist either, but I’m just going strictly based off the difference I’m feeling when I use the product. If you are in the market for anything to give you that extra step in your step, this might be just for you. The capsules are easy to swallow for me and I feel a difference pretty quickly after taking. Just make sure you’re on a good workout regimen and diet plan to get the maximum benefits. Otherwise, I would definitely give this product a try.

Pretty Well Rounded Formula for Men
Ive tried a few different mens supplements over the years, and what caught my attention with this one is how much they packed into one formula. It has fenugreek, Tongkat Ali, Asian ginseng, ashwagandha, ginkgo, DIM and vitamin D3, so its definitely more than just a basic testosterone supplement.The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and taking three a day gives you a full 30 day supply from the 90 count bottle. I like that the ingredients and amounts are listed rather than hiding everything behind a proprietary blend. Thats something I look for with supplements because I want to know what Im actually taking.At 55, Im interested in maintaining good energy and overall vitality, but Im also not expecting a bottle of capsules to work miracles. So far, I like the straightforward formula and the fact that it fits easily into my daily routine. At $24.99, the price seems reasonable for a one month supply if you’re looking for a combination of several popular ingredients rather than buying them separately.
