I am no stranger to fat burners. I work out heavy 6-7 day a week. I lift weights, I eat very clean, but with the holidays, I always go a little of the rails so I decided to give this one a try.This gave me the worst headache of my life, as I write this I feel like banging my head against the wall and die. It also made me hungrier! This is ridiculous.Product came without a box. What’s up with that.I have tried all the great fat burners, but this one might actually be the worst.I wish I could get my money back but I already opened it.I really don’t understand the great reviews.

A mild fat burner
This is the milder version (“yellow”) from Iron Brother’s thermo burn series. I had the experience of taking the red version (will call it “Red” from now on), which has more stimulant and extremely potent, so I decided to give this one a try when I noticed that Red was not temporarily available in the market.Different from Red, Yellow does not give the mild discomfort. However the trade off is that it is noticeably less effective. With Red, the effect is very pronounced within 30 mins as you start your meal or your workout (following the direction, taking it 30 mins prior to meals/workout). The side effect of yellow is much milder and I do not experience the excessive sweat or jittery feel as in Red. That said, the weight loss is also much slower and so it becomes harder to help me lose the very last bit of fat.So there you have it: if you want to use fat-burning product that’s efficient and you are okay with some discomfort, then the RED is for you. If you want to do so w/o the discomfort, then the Yellow would be perfect for you.

Regret Buying Yellow
Red was sold out so I thought I would give the yellow a shot. Don’t do it! If you can handle the more intense ‘red’ thermo fat burner you will literally feel nothing taking the yellow. To clarify I mean I did not feel the benefits of the appetite suppression with these pills as I did with the red. I also didn’t have any energy boost.

this product does what it says. after about a week i was visibly able to notice a difference in the areas where i store fat. i was about 15 percent body fat and after one bottle of this product, and obviously, cutting out my nightly bowl(s) of cereal, i am down to about 12 percent or so. a few more tweaks to the diet along with one more month of this product i should be where i desire to be. Only noticeable side effect is if taken on empty stomach and not eating within 45 minutes or so, heartburn or acid reflux occurs with me. i never get this , so i asked my wife what it was that i was feeling in my chest up to my throat and she informed me of what it was, and so i know that in taking this product without food, i will get this side effect. when i do eat within the 30 minutes or so as the product says, NO side effect.

Great Ingredients and Good Stim Free Alternative for Weight
Thermo Burn has a tremendous ingredient profile that has been shown to help with weight loss and overall fitness. It took me about three weeks to start noticing the weight impact this has had for me, but I did see appetite suppression after the first few days of use. If I wanted to do that, all this effort would be pointless lolOnce I finish the bottle, I’ll update with what I’ve lost in fat and what I’ve gained& my over all experience with these diet pills.So far so good.I’d recommend trying them and seeing if they work for you.Especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine .These just might be your game changer !

The truth is that there’s only a handful of lipolytic (fat loss promotion) ingredients that can assist weight loss, and this product has a few of them!First and foremost, no weight loss supplement or ingredient will put you in a state of fat loss without any dedication to nutrition and exercise. These are supplemental to a proper plan of attack. Secondly, dieting can be difficult on the body. Chromium has some promising research with carbohydrate management, and cayenne + bioperine have been reported to have beneficial antioxidant behaviors. A quick look into Olive leaf extract shows some interesting research around preventing obesity during overfeeding.With my experience in other products in this category, the inclusion of Forskolin is easily my favorite part of the profile! Forskolin, at an appropriate dose, can reinforce lipolysis if the body is already in a state of fat loss!! Win win win.To put it simple, adding Thermoburn in on top of any recomposition or fat-loss ‘cut’ will take your fat loss efforts and kick it into maximum overdrive while preserving lean muscle tissue in the process.
