    Has a few minerals but not as much as a traditional multivitamin

    This review is for the “Vegepower Iron Bisglycinate” supplement. These supplements were made in China and ship with no seal around the cap but one on the bottle itself. The best before date on the bottom is 07/2027, so they’re good for 34 months from when I received them. The pills themselves are smaller than a normal multivitamin, which makes sense as there’s less to them and no fillers, this should make them slightly easier to swallow. I didn’t notice any weird smell or taste from them when taking. A serving size is just one pill, so this bottle should last for 2 months. Based on the price, you could get a regular bottle of multivitamins that would last longer but these are good for someone who only wants to target iron, zinc, vitamins C/B6/B12 or folate.

    Label is hard to read. The label itself is small. The product inside looks great. I just started this form of iron. I’m having my annual exam in 2 months. Will see what my labs say, then I will get back to you with a report,

    Did Not Work for Me

    Unfortunately, this iron supplement did not work for me. I was hoping it would help improve my iron levels and energy, but I didn’t notice any difference after taking it consistently. The capsules were easy enough to take, but I did not experience any noticeable benefits. Overall, it did not meet my expectations. It might work for others, but for me it was not effective.

    My doctor put me on this vitamin for my restless legs and it has really helped also I usually have a terrible reaction to anything with iron and my body does great on this vitamin
