Works but tastes terrible
These magnesium drops come in a solid glass blue bottle with a dropper. Originally started with one dropper full and didn’t take it mixed with anything. That was a big mistake! I highly suggest not doing that. It tastes absolutely horrible on its own. But if you mix it with orange juice you can barely taste it. I took it about an hour before bed. It definitely helped me relax and I slept great. I’ve also tried taking it in the morning in my coffee. Again, could barely tell it was there. Definitely felt an energy boost and also helped clean me out. If you take it in the morning, don’t stray too far from a restroom.

I and not a fan of the flavor but she doesnt think it is that bad. We just have a difference in opinion about flavors is all. We love this before and during workouts to add to our routines. Low flavor, so easier to take than some
I like it especially for topical application. Really helps on some areas of sore muscles and aches when used topically. I don’t notice too much taking it internally, but do not take a lot, just by the few drops per water or tea during the day.
