A little bit about myself, I’ve always had inconsistent periods. Like my whole life, they would come every few months or weeks causing my hormones to mess up badly. Leading me to have nasty hormonal acne. I tried birth control but it didn’t work either. Till my manager recommended me this since her daughter also uses it for her period. When I tell you, I took these at the same time for two weeks.. my period came back and is now regular. After my period came I stopped taking them immediately to see if I still needed them. And the answer is no, it’s been 4 months and I’ve gotten my period each and every month. My hormones are balanced now including my acne slowly disappearing. I suggest these so much. Take them regularly, and you’ll see improvements within a week most likely (I did). These are helping me SO much with my PCOS (PMOS). I am an alcoholic and combined with my PCOS, my period was so delayed because my body wasn’t healthy. I stopped drinking alcohol on 6/9/2026, took only 2 supplements yesterday 6/11 and I started my cycle again this morning after my last one was 4/25/2026! I have been using this same brand for years and on the latest bottle I ordered I noticed a colour and texture change in the pills. On the right is the old supplements, which is powdery and yellowish and on the left is the new formula which is grayish and more sandy than the other. The old formula works wonders on me, hopefully this new and undisclosed changes won’t affect the results.
