THIS OMEGA 3 KEEPS ITS PROMISE!
Finally an Omega 3 product that actually works! I don’t know how they did it, but the sellers of this product found a way to ease my knee and back pain better than the NSAID I’ve taken for years. I stopped taking it when more scientific research determined just how dangerous NSAID”s really are. Unfortunately, I chose a popular brand of Omega 3 advertised on TV and didn’t buy it from Amazon or I would have seen the reviews and wouldn’t have experienced the side effects of Green-Lipped Mussels. After a month I was in worse pain, had swollen feet, and thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. I kept taking it, thinking the side effects were temporary. They weren’t I finished my two-month supply and contacted the manufactor on Facebook, asking them to warn people about the side effects, which are more numerous than I’ve described here. However, I’m not here to talk about that product. THIS Omega 3 has already made a difference in my life. I help take care of my 86 year old mother, which means a lot of fetching and carrying. Before I took this Omega 3, I would have to stop and sit down in the living room on my way back from the kitchen to get her some food or water. I also can’t load and unload the dishwasher and literally had to lean on the sink while washing dishes. I now can stand up at the sink and wash dishes and it won’t be long before I can load and unload the dushwasher. I also don’t have to make pit stops to and from the kitchen. I’ve only taken this product a couple of weeks and can feel the difference. If this keeps up I may actually take a walk to the park not far from the house. And I may no longer need my cane! Thanks for providing a high-quality product that’s giving me back my mobility and easing my pain. Btw, I’m a retired journalist and I’ll be spreading this story across social media.

No aftertaste
A few weeks after putting our dogs on omega 3, their fur had became extremely soft. In the past, I had taken MegaRed Omega 3 and never noticed a difference so I compared theirs with the contents of what I had taken. The amount of omega 3 in the dogs’ far exceeded the MegaRed brand, so I looked at other human brands. Note: Prior to the MegaRed I had tried another brand and had problems with them repeating on me so I was being cautious.After analyzing the contents, reviews and prices of various brands, I decided to try these.I do have difficulty with large pills, so when I opened them I was concerned by the size as they were larger than I expected. That turned out fine, I had no problems taking them.I followed the advice of reviewers and started with 1 rather than 3. I am up to 3 now and have had no problems with them repeating.I have not been taking them long enough to know if they are going to improve the texture of my hair. I will update in a few weeks.

Update 10/1/18: My triglycerides went from 263 to 126 and my VLDL went from 53 to 25! I will NEVER stop taking these!!! Everything else I wrote 2 mos still holds true 2 months later!Past review: This Omega 3 is THE BEST!! Been taking these for 4+ weeks now. I got this product to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides, which I will find out in Oct 2018, how well it does. Things I did not expect to happen that happened – muscle tension and inflammation in my shoulders and neck have reduced so significantly that I have no words. My right had started hurting 3-4 days prior to starting these and the day I started taking them, the pain in my hand was gone and it has never returned. I also have more energy (not doing anything different in my life) and I have my clarity and focus back after feeling so foggy for the last 6-8 mos. My orthopedic surgeon is very interested in trying them and if he sees any great benefits, he will start recommending them to patients. You absolutely cannot go wrong with these. Don’t go for the fake stuff in stores. I have no stock in this review except that I love this product and will continue to use it for the rest of my life! Thank you so much Intelligent Labs! I’m a cardiac patient and I really like this product.
I have a heart or cardiac condition called Brugada type 1 so I take certain supplements that lower risk of further cardiac events very seriously. Ive already been through cardiac arrest ect. Many cardiac events. I also have pretty severe back pain, major depression,PTSD ect I have a lot on my plate. I found this product due to lots of research and so far it’s great back pain is gone. I haven’t had a arrhythmic event is over four months which is the longest I have gone without one since my diagnosis. I think their may be some improvement in my mental. Overall I think it’s a high quality product which definitely seems to be helping me in many different areas I love it. It doesn’t have a fish after taste. their is nothing I don’t like about the product. I’m very glad to have found it!

Omega 3 fish oil and glucosamine are amazing!
I used to suffer from swelled knees. My left knee, in particular, would get very large. I also noticed I was very much out of breath running to catch the bus. I do a lot of walking and have always been physically fit. In the last year or so I’ve been noticing changes in my physical abilities. I hate to admit it but I’m getting older and don’t like to see any of my physical abilities diminishing.I was astonished at how much my knees improved over a few weeks of taking Intelligent Labs’ omega 3 fish oil and glucosamine. I have very little swelling in my knees now. I can kneel easily without pain and stand up without issue once again. I tell everyone that I have my knees back again!! I can also run to catch the bus a lot easier too now without shortness of breath.

Nice lemon scent, no aftertaste
These are the best fish oil pills I’ve tried yet. They have a faint lemony scent and leave no aftertaste or fish smell. I will definitely buy these again! Their only downside is that they are, like most omega-3 pills, kind of hard to swallow because they’re so big. But the gelatin encasement is very slippery when wet so if you can manage it, it slips right down despite the large size. Definitely worth 5 stars anyway. Been taking this for ADHD symptoms and although I haven’t seen any improvement in symptoms (taking medication for it as well) I’m pretty sure it’s helpful for my kids’ brain development so we’ll keep taking it.

No heavy metals
If I could get on top of a mountain and yell to the world one thing, I would yell “TAKE OMEGAS!!”. I’ve done endless research on supplements and Omega 3’s are hands down a necessary part of anyone’s diet. I take 2 capsules with my first meal and 1 capsule later in the day. Sometimes I’ll take 4 capsules if I got bad sleep or something.Not many people know this, but you’re supposed to refrigerate fish oil. Otherwise it goes rancid and becomes useless. I learned that from Dr Rhonda Patrick a famous dietitian.I forgot to take my omega’s last night and I woke up feeling it in my whole body. This stuff helps tremendously with pain, mood stability, cognitive performance, neuroprotective (protects neurons and slows down most age related cognitive decline), even helps with depression based on a double blind study where one group was given antidepressants and the other group given Omega 3. The group taking Omega 3 reported a significant reduction in depressive symptoms, damn near close to the group taking antidepressants.As far as the quality of this particular brand, this is the only brand I use for my Fish Oil. I found this brand while researching high quality Fish Oil brands. This brand doesn’t have heavy metals which a lot of other fish oil brands are guilty of. Vitamins are good for you but poor quality vitamins can be bad for you.But yeah, I recommend this product. It definitely actually works. It’s not like taking a pill where you “feel” something. It just runs in the background improving your quality of life.

Lately, the last two bottles I’ve bought, the pills are very pale yellow, compared to the golden yellow it used to be, and there is a strong chemical smell to it, no fishy or lemony. When you read on this page, it says that the paler the pill, the weaker in DHA it is, because it is in it’s ehtyl form. I’ve writen twice to the company, but have yet to receive a response from them. Are their products less potent like they claim it is ?? Did they change the way they make the omega 3 ?? If the company gets back to me, I will write it here.

Not all Fish oils are the same- you want one that is high in in EPA and DHA- that’s where the health benefits happen. This company is excellent in that area and no fish burps! But my biggest challenge is this company is often on backorder. I found another bran with excellent EPA & DHA numbers that don’t have the out of stock issues and the price was friendlier too

Helping to lower my cholesterol level
My doctor prescribed Lovaza last year and it lowered my cholesterol to within acceptable range, but my insurance company won’t cover the cost any more, so I had to hunt around for a good non-prescription fish oil that would work as well. I chose Ultra Pure Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules because of the high amount of Omega 3, EPA, and DHA it has per serving and the good reviews I read here.I’m very glad I did because I’ve been taking it for a while now and had blood work drawn a few days ago, and the doctor’s office called to tell me that my CHO dropped 20 points. That’s why I decided to come back and write a review. It’s the first time since I ran out of Lovaza that my cholesterol level is dropping again finally, and that tells me I’m on the right track again with these fish oil pills.These lemon flavored capsules are the same size as Lovaza capsules, but I’ve included a photo for those of you who were never on Lovaza so you can see that they’re medium sized caps. The dosage is three capsules a day which is nice because I was taking four Lovaza capsules daily. Ultra Pure Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules don’t require any prescription and they provide 2250mg Omega 3, 1224mg EPA and 816mg DHA per 3 capsule serving, so I can simply take another pill each day to be at the same amount of those essential fatty acids as I was getting with Lovaza – and for a lot less money. These Ultra Pure fish oil caps aren’t entirely fishy taste free, but the lemon does help eliminate it, and I’ve never had a fishy aftertaste or burps after taking these. So far so good, they’re working for me and that makes me happy!
