    So far I like it

    So far I like this product it helps a lot with leg cramp and even my fibermialga I haven’t been taking it long so I will update later,especially if anything changes. I waking another magnesium which I like very much but I didn’t realize I need to take calcium with it also so I started developing problems so I saw this with both and purchase it if I would’ve seen all the negative reviews I probably wouldn’t have so far I like it. I never had the a vanilla flavor so I don’t know what that was like the berry flavor seems fine to me it’s very tolerable.I had another liquid calcium that I could not take the taste was so bad it was actually impossible for me to take. This is great after having that. I was looking for a good calcium to take with my magnesium I have and ran across this.

    It is thick

    The taste isn’t horrible but I do chase it after I take it with water. It is a liquidly paste kind of texture. I hate taking pills so I thought id try this. Hard to say if I’ll buy another one. It is a good vitamin just don’t know if I can get past the taste and texture of this. The color of the liquid is white.

    This product works immediately for leg cramps. It also tastes very good and you don’t have to swallow a big pill.

    High quality Liquid Calcium Magnesium supplement. Refrigerate after opening, it tastes good cold. I take it in the morning and at night to prevent stomach upset.
