    Quick way to add some fiber to your system

    I was turned onto this manufacturer supplements by my naturopath. When I got a new naturopath when I moved they recommended the same brand. So I do look for any product by this manufacturer. I tried this supplement to add fiber to my diet without all the vegetables. I’m pleased with the product, but not sure I’m going to buy it again. I’m going to try to put more fiber in my diet instead. But if you need to add some fiber, it’s probably a decent product to use

    Fiber is great for the body

    I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. It does help. But it says to take 5 pills, I take 4. lol. Five is one too many for me.I like this company for vitamins / supplements. I have several with this company. Would recommend.

    the older formular .. ( before they reformulated worked)!!no doubt!

    I am unsure if its working …Un like the previous formular they had sorry they reformulated …The old formular worked!!

    GLP1 Users This is Great

    If you are having any issues with constipation, whether it be normal, because of a GLP, medications, etc. this is a great supplement to have in your cupboard. I take 2 a day, usually in the morning or at night and it has helped.

    Not for me; I prefer psyllium. Worth trying though.
