These actually work
I’m a fitness addict and work out six days a week and have for many years. At times you need a supplement to bump start your gains when you plateau, especially as you get older. Since the downfall of ephedra based supplements I have tried dozens but most do nothing but make you jittery and then crash. I recently tried these and from the first day noticed they actually worked as advertised. An increase in energy without a major crash afterward. Whether or not they will result in the gains I desire remains to be seen but I actually feel a legit difference when I use them.

I had great success with a thermogenic several years ago but that one got discontinued. I had tried some other ones in the meantime but never really had any success with them until I found Insane Cutz. It is very potent so definitely take it with food as they recommend otherwise you may get a bit nauseous, or at least I do.When I added this to my routine of eating well and exercise it helped me get below a spot that I had plateaued at. It certainly isn’t going to be a magic pill that makes you lose weight if you aren’t eating well and working out, but when all three get together it adds an extra bit of oomph to everything and helps shed the excess a bit quicker.

Monday: I was planing to take this in the morning 5:30am and take a stacker Jax right before my gym time after work. I get to the gym normally about 4pm. I normally east a small English muffin sandwich with whit egg, sausage patty and cheese. I could not eat this at all. I felt full already almost immediately. No jitters! I get to the shop (office at work). I prep for the day and go to the job site. I still feel no hunger at all. As a matter of fact, I bought chocolate chip cookies for my crew, these are ones that I can’t even resist! It doesn’t matter HOW full I am, I will eat these. Anyways, I could even go near them. The small just made me feel nauseous. It’s now lunch time, 12noon! I still can’t eat! However, I did look at me breakfast sandwich and I started to nibble on it. I still could not finish it. It was only 1 bite too. I had fruit ready to eat for lunch too! I am still feel very energetic! And I’m very physical at work too. I work outside most the time! I am always climbing in and out of the ground too. It’s 3:30pm and I’m leaving work. I still feel energized! Now I feel a little hungry. I am not able to eat the rest of my sandwich, 4 bites. I am full again. I decided to not take my stacker Jax before the gym. I wear a sauna vest anyways. I walk backwards in the treadmill. After one hour on the treadmill, I still feel fine and still not hungry. I go home and shower and do my usual. I put my fruit away for the next day. I had a couple pieces of grilled chicken strips for dinner. I am fine going to bed. Tuesday: The following day was a repeat. Wednesday: I was starting to be able to eat my sandwich by noon but still feeling nauseous by the smell of sweets. Everything else was the same. Thursday: was the same as Wednesday. Friday: I was able to eat my breakfast sandwich before getting to the job site. Still could not eat sweets.After a week of taking these, I think my body started to get used to them. I stopped feeling nauseous when smelling sweets. I weighed myself after a week. I lost 6 pounds. I also started to not be able to eat my lunch period. I am back to not being able to finish my breakfast sandwich in the morning. So now I nibble on it between morning and lunch. This coming week, I’m not going to bother prepping any lunches for myself for work. I usually eat sliced Granny Smith apples, raspberries and white grape.I will post more updates when I can?

It’s just not effective.I’ve been taking various pre-workouts for many years. Coming from high-stim preworkouts that give you a great workout, this has no affect on my focus or workout. Additionally, I am seeing no affects on appetite. Currently, i’m in a cutting phase and I don’t find myself any less hungry while taking this once a day in the morning.

I use insane labz for my pre workout, creatine and now these 😁 I pop one of these bad boys to start my day and off to a fast 12 hour shift I go! I drive front loaders and dump trucks and these have me super focused and amped to get through the day as well as preventing me from the bad habits of other drivers who tend to binge eat while working in there trucks 😂 when i got put on shift I went from shoveling material to operator and everyone said ima get fat and lazy but with these I not only am motivated to stay on my diet but also hop in and out of my truck doing multiple jobs getting through my day at lightening speed. The creepy clown girl on front is off putting but I tried them anyway. They do help keep you from eating most of the day but the side effects are not for me. I tried them for a couple weeks but they made me feel kind of nauseated and just over all off. I wish they wouldn’t have made me feel like that because they do work for an appetite suppressant.

Not for inexperienced users
I take a lot of high stim/caffeine preworkout. It had been a while since I last took this but I ran out of pre workout and figured I might as well go through this bottle until I buy more pre workout. I have ADHD and took it with coffee in the morning before a workout. Somehow cleaned the house, laundry, raked the yard, and gave the dogs a haircut before 10am instead. Stomach started hurting, Eventually my hands were shaking, I realized I didn’t eat with it and had to workout past my limit to not throw up. I couldn’t even smell the sweetness of my air freshener without wanting to puke. Definitely eat with it, otherwise the cramps suck afterwards. You won’t be able to eat afterwards. I did eat more than usual in the evening when it wore off. I have not lost any weight on it, but I have a high calorie intake in general.
