I notice an immediate increase in energy when I use this. LOVE that it uses the methylated version of b12 & not the cheapy Cynacobalamin! Transdermal totally bipasses the liver & goes STRAIGHT into the bloodstream.It does go on sticky & takes a little longer than regular lotion to dry. But is not tacky or sticky once dried. I do have to rinse the hands after each use bc I can’t wait that long to not use my hands. I’m a MOM!Overall, I LOVE this product (and the transdermal Vitamin D). I have a slew of health dramas, including gene mutations that affect my B12 pathways & Vitamin D. And the BIG MTHFR. And MORE. My liver is totally burdened & any chance I can bypass it, I take. Positive outcome will continue use
This product is great for people who have an issue with synthetic b vitamins and compromised stomach and or intestinal track, autoimmune disease, in my opinion. I’m not a doctor but someone who has suffered greatly due to b vitamin issues, done my fair share of research at trying to fix problems that medical professionals had no idea aside from antidepressants, which made things worse for me personally. I’ve also had my son who is 19 using this product, I don’t think he likes that its a lotion but is feeling less paranoid about being sick all the time, so its helped with his anxiety.

I have mthfr mutation and this lotion has been so helpful! I’ll need to get my blood work done again to know for sure if it’s working correctly in my system, but so far it seems to really help my energy level and anxiety.

PINK & STICKY BUT CONVENIENT if you hate pills and liquid!
Easy to use but be prepared for pink and sticky lotion – rub in deep and wash hands after! No major energy boost but B-12 is tricky by nature, just glad to have a cream.
