I’ve been taking these for months now and my stylist comments on how thick my hair is. My nails are stronger too. I used to be able to peel them and now I have to use clippers. Nothing else in my life has changed, and I’m approaching 50, so the only thing I can point to is these chewable gummies!My only caution … they are delicious so it’s tempting [for me] to exceed the dose. Gummies stick together
This product works as advertised, the only issue is the gummies stick together making it difficult to remove from the bottle. Also the gummies stick to your teeth, gummies with a sugar coating seems to work better.
