Good Product
I like supplements that combine ingredients I would otherwise be taking separately, and this is a particularly useful combination. You get vitamin D3, K2 in the MK-7 form, and magnesium glycinate together in one product, which makes it much easier to keep my daily supplement routine simple.The magnesium is one of the things that attracted me to this formula. I prefer chelated magnesium glycinate over some of the cheaper forms commonly used in supplements. I also appreciate the use of MK-7 for the K2 rather than simply including a generic form without much information about it.The softgels are easy to take, and getting 120 in the bottle makes this a good-sized supply. I also think the price is reasonable considering the formulation and quality of the ingredients being offered.Overall, this checks a lot of boxes for me. It is convenient, uses forms of the ingredients I look for, and provides a good amount for the money. I am very happy with it as an all-in-one D3, K2, and magnesium option.

But the Dosage Isn’t for Everyone
I ultimately decided not to take this supplement after realizing it contains 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving. While the addition of vitamin K2 (MK-7) is a nice feature, that amount of vitamin D3 is much higher than most people need for routine daily supplementation.High-dose vitamin D can be appropriate in certain situations, but it should generally be taken under the guidance of a healthcare provider with periodic monitoring of vitamin D levels. For me, the dosage was simply too high to feel comfortable taking on my own.If your doctor has specifically recommended a 10,000 IU dose, this product may be a good option. Otherwise, be sure to check the serving strength carefully before purchasing.

Potent little softgels
I take all these supplements, usually separately. Having them all in 2 small pills saves a good bit of space in my weekly supplement pill boxes, so that’s a good thing. I find the quality to be great, as good as any other magnesium, D3 or K2 I’ve taken before. Though, to be fair, I do take extra magnesium as these provide only 11%, but it’s nice to split it over the day. I have also used other supplements from this brand before, and find them a solid choice.I really like that they come in small softgels with sunflower oil, rather than a pressed pill or capsule. I can’t say why, but I just like them better than pressed pills or capsules. Also, the cost. ~$10 for 60 days is a good deal in my book. Easy to swallow, you get 120 softgels and the bottle recommends 2 per day

Well tolerated, easy to take D3+K2 and others, with not adverse affects only benefits after 2 months
This product seems to be treating me well. I take supplemental vitamin d3 daily, along with a separate K2/Mk-7 pill, to ensure maximum absorption. So, this product was an obvious choice as it combines these things, reducing how many pills I must take each day. I’ve now been taking them daily for nearly 2 months and have not noticed any negative side affects regarding digestion, and the positive effects all still seem to be there. Considering the improved ease of use (taking less pills overall) and the seeming continued benefits, this product seems like a great choice, especially at this price point.

Good Formula, Sloppy Label Math — And “Vegetarian” Is Wrong: It Contains Gelatin
Solid supplement, genuinely good value, but the listing misstates its own numbers and makes one claim the label flatly contradicts. Details below.WHAT THE LABEL ACTUALLY SAYS:Serving size is 2 softgels, 60 servings per bottle (120 softgels). Per 2-softgel serving:- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 250 mcg / 10,000 IU- Magnesium: 45 mg elemental, as 300 mg magnesium glycinate- Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 100 mcgDivide by two and one softgel gives you 5,000 IU D3, 22.5 mg elemental magnesium, and 50 mcg K2.SPEC DISCREPANCIES:1) The listing states “every softgel delivers 10000 IU vitamin D3, 100 mcg K2 and 350 mg magnesium glycinate.” Two errors in one sentence. Those are per-SERVING figures, not per-softgel, and the glycinate is 300 mg, not 350 mg.2) The listing contradicts itself on K2 — one bullet says 100 mcg, the feature list below it says 50 mcg. The label settles it: 100 mcg per serving, 50 mcg per softgel.3) The listing calls the product vegetarian. The label’s Other Ingredients are sunflower oil, purified water, gelatin, glycerin, and caramel color. Gelatin is animal-derived. This is not a vegetarian product, and anyone buying on that basis needs to know before they order.THE 10,000 IU QUESTION:Other reviewers have flagged 10,000 IU of D3 as too much. I don’t think it necessarily is (IMHO), but the useful point is that the objection is easy to sidestep: because the dose is split across two softgels, taking one instead of two gives you a 5,000 IU daily dose and stretches the bottle from two months to four. At the current $10 asking price, four months of D3/K2/magnesium is a good deal.WHAT I LIKE:1) Magnesium glycinate rather than oxide or citrate — better absorbed and noticeably easier on the GI tract.2) The D3/K2/magnesium pairing has good reported synergy for directing calcium where you want it. This is my first time running the combination; I read up on it before starting and the science looks sound.3) Softgels rather than tablets, easier for some people to swallow. Mine have not stuck together in the bottle, which is a real failure mode with softgels.4) One softgel covers all three, which keeps the daily routine simple.5) Allergen profile is clean — no gluten, corn, egg, milk, yeast, dairy, wheat, sugar, starch, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, or soy, and no artificial flavors or sweeteners.MY ONE REAL GRIPE:Caramel color. It is right there in the Other Ingredients. This is an opaque softgel taken with food and swallowed whole — nobody is evaluating it on appearance. Adding a coloring agent to a product otherwise marketed on its clean ingredient list is a pointless additive I would rather not consume.RESULTS SO FAR:Nothing to report either direction. I can’t tell any difference from the separate magnesium and vitamin D supplements I was taking. I’m going to finish the bottle and will update this review if that changes.BOTTOM LINE: Good chelated-magnesium formula at a fair price, and splitting the dose to one softgel a day makes it a four-month supply. Buy it for the formula, not the listing copy — the per-softgel math is wrong, the K2 figure contradicts itself, and the “vegetarian” claim is false because it contains gelatin.

I like these softgels over regular tablets
Packaging was sturdy and arrived without any issues, which is always a nice touch. I really appreciate that it’s just softgels with no weird aftertaste or strong smell. Getting enough vitamin D in the winter is tough, so having a supplement that combines it with magnesium and K2 feels like a solid way to cover my bases without swallowing ten different pills every morning.The softgels are easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach at all. It doesn’t promise miracles but it does exactly what it says on the tin. For the price, the quality seems really good and consistent. I’ve been using several Innate Vitality supplements for quite a while, including their magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3/K2, and B12. Easy to swallow
I like taking magnesium before bed because it helps with my restless leg syndrome. I totally believe this contains what it says because about a half hour after I took it I felt very drowsy and when I went to bed I didn’t have any twitchy muscles.The pills are gel caps and are easy enough to swallow despite their larger size.I’m really glad I can get my vitamin D in as well without having to take another pill. It contains 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving. It’s also nice that there is a 2 month supply per bottle to reduce the need to repurchase every month.
