Lots of Vitamin D
Calcium with vitamin D (plus K) is a good supplement for me to take as a woman over 55. I do get sun, but I do not consume much dairy. Although I’ve had this bottle for awhile because I was waiting to finish another bottle of supplements, Im now finally getting to reviewing. The tablets are a bit large, but comparable to other calcium pills. This dose for vitamin D is 625% DV and the calcium content is more the expected range at 92%DV for two tablets. There are 60 tablets total, which gives me a one month supply. Since the amount of D is too much for me, I don’t plan on ordering this again.
