These probiotics come in the form of capsules that are fairly easy to swallow. They also come with a robust 30 billion CFU of probiotics per serving, which is generally more than a lot of competing products. It’s also really helpful that these are shelf stable so that I don’t have to worry about keeping them in the fridge and then inevitably forgetting about them.After taking them for about a week, I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my level of energy. At the price these probiotics are selling at, this is a pretty good start and I consider these to be great value for the money. Ultimately I’ll have to wait a few more weeks to get a full impression of how effective these are, but for the results they’ve provided so far, I’m happy to recommend them for anyone looking to add probiotics to their supplement routine.

I opened one of it in a cup of warm milk and cultured it at 100 degrees for 12 hours. When the 12 hours passed, the milk had cultured and had a nice, thick, yogurt-like substance. What this tells me, and you, is that this particular capsule is full of live probiotics. In my experience, the thicker the resulting yogurt, the more CFUs in the capsule.This is why I am impressed with this product:It has 25 different probiotic strains in the capsule.Improved my digestion. There was a definitive difference in it after a week of taking the supplement.High amount of CFUs per serving.It has 6 types of probiotic strains that mimic the gut’s natural environment.Contains prebiotic fibers.No fillers!
