I started taking this magnesium complex because I wanted something that covered a few different forms of magnesium instead of just one basic version, and this blend made it easy to try everything in one capsule. The capsules are easy to take, and I didn’t notice any stomach issues, which can sometimes happen with magnesium for me depending on the type. All the Good Magnesium Rolled Into One Capsule
I love that this magnesium supplement has (5) of the most absorbable magnesium all in one capsule. I appreciate that I can take this at the beginning of my day and it does not make me drowsy but can help me be more calm and relaxed. I had no GI issues with this supplement either. I just took one capsule daily but it can be taken twice daily if needed.

Good mix of multi magnesium’s
This one seems to be a good magnesium supplement because it has multiple I’ve had no side effects however I am not sure if it’s effective either because I haven’t had any positive effects either. I feel like the tiny dosage is probably the reason and maybe it needs to compound and build up but I’m not sure that’s what magnesium does internally. I’ve had better results with magnesium citrate powder by itself so if you’re looking at taking this might want to research into effective dosage for results.

This review is for the Innate Vitality 5-in-1 magnesium complex, in a bottle of 60 capsules. Magnesium is used by the body for over 300 different enzymatic reactions, so it’s a very important mineral, but it’s poorly absorbed on its own, which means that when you buy a magnesium supplement, it’s usually magnesium bound to another compound. Different binding agents have different properties, each of which affects the body differently. The cheapest brands will often supply only magnesium oxide, which is not particularly efficient as a supplement, and mainly just acts as a laxative. Better brands will usually provide magnesium in glycinate form, sometimes mixed with citrate or malate (citrate is another form that’s highly laxative). This particular product from Innate Vitality is a blend of 5 bio-available forms of magnesium, including Glycinate, Malate, Citrate, Aspartate, and Gluconate, all chelated for maximum absorbability. It’s an effective and gentle product which I take at bedtime to improve the quality of my sleep, and stop my calves from cramping. Some magnesium supplements can cause stomach upset and/or diarrhea, but this one doesn’t. Another big point in this product’s favor is the fact that it comes from a legitimate small business, with a verifiable address and contact info. The 5-in-1 complex contains high-quality, non-GMO ingredients which are third-party tested, and the capsules are vegan. Effective and Long shelf life
First thing I noticed was a good shelf life which is helpful since I don’t take this daily. And I do appreciate this being made in the US and looks like a good quality supplement.I take one every second or third day. I just noticed in my previous checkup that I had some deficiency in this and so it was recommended I take a magnesium supplement. I take it during dinner time with a meal and I found that to be the most effective for me.It isn’t a huge pill and easy to take for me. So far so good! It isn’t super pricey and I like the 5 in 1 formula. Works well for me and I would recommend for those considering.
