So this looks like some pretty decent grape seed extract, if that’s something you’re missing in your diet. I guess you could just eat a bunch of grapes? Lots of other benefits of grapes, but that’s aside the point.These are manufactured in the US, from global ingredients. That’s pretty great, and about as good as you get in this space. Especially paired with the fact that these are lab tested, that’s a good way to do things.It’s also scaled so that each dose is a capsule, so this bottle of 180 capsules is actually a 6 month supply, which is also quite nice.Anyway, if you need some grape seed extract this might be about the best of it you’ll find on here.

I’m taking grape seed extract mainly for its iron chelating properties with the added bonus of possible cardio benefits. The capsules are a larger medium size. Not too difficult to swallow. I don’t have any GI issues when I take it. The bottle came well sealed and the expiration date is two years from now. It would be better if they posted lab testing CoAs. Grape Seed Extract supplements are often found to be adulterated with or replaced entirely with Peanut skin. Innate Vitality had a Magnesium supplement found to have had only about 10% of the listed dosage in independent lab testing, so this brand is not above scrutiny. The price seems to be on par with most other options on the market.
