Noticed a difference
I am already 2-3 weeks into taking this supplement. I immediately noticed an uptick in energy. I researched before taking NMN. When I started taking them I had light headaches (which can happen if you’ve never taken one of these) i also started with one capsule in the morning instead of 2 as recommended by my research online. Fast forward 3 weeks where I am now taking 2 capsules a day, first thing in the morning with water on an empty stomach. Im not tired throughout the day now, I dont need my afternoon nap, and my skin texture is improving. I will be staying on this wonderful suppliment. But as always with any suppliment youre adding into your regimen do your research first!

nad and nmn are a great supplement to have known as the fountain of youth cell rejuvenation and helps with energy. So far ive noticed it does help you feel more energetic during the day so you arent tired. This is more of a long term benefit supplement but still great to add to daily routine.
